SCAM call. 2nd one this morning.

754-218-8571 just called me, actually twice, this morning.  He said my car's warranty was about to expire.  I knew it was a scam, so I asked which vehicle he was referring to.  Puzzled, he kept talking, I asked him again, and he then tried to give me a rush off the line.  I told him I knew he was a scam and an [***]!  Blocked the number.

I've received these calls over and over again.  I'm getting them at work now.  I have stayed on the line and spoke with someone and asked to be removed as well as pressing 9 or whatever to be removed.  Neither works.  Worst scam call volume I have ever had!!  Should be criminal!!!

Auto warranty scam.

The DNC list only works with legitimate companies. The feces eating scum working scams don't give a flip about DNC. Buy a call blocker and take back control of your phone.

FYI callers, the warranty on my car did expire recently, IF you consider 1965 to be recently.  Oh, and BTW, it still runs!

Upon answering, no voice, then it hung up.  As others have pointed out this is a scammer.  Callers that call, and do not speak are also call centers supporting burglars, to see if someone is home, or just plain sickos who enjoy harassing the public.

NO, it is because most of them are from outside the country -- and those folks pay no attention to what the US laws are, and they have bigger fish to fry than to chase after phone calls from other countries.

Warranty scam

Got call yesterday.  Said it was in regards to my Warranty that was expiring.. was a robo call / recorded message I hung up before it got further than that about warranty and blocked call. Later it called my husbands cell phone... must be going down the list of #'s as his is a "higher" number than mine :-D  anyway, he blocked it too.

also had one day before same message / warranty thing but different number it was 240-318-1112 from Clinton MD

This is the second vehicle warranty scam I got today, from two different numbers then. I don't answer but research the number on google. Unless somebody considers a bicycle an auto vehicle. This is my private phone and do not even own a car! I walk and bike everywhere, so they have nothing to call me about! GO AWAY!

Something about a warranty. That's when I hung up and blocked the number.

Missed call, no message left. No idea who it was.

Received call today.  Didn't answer.  No message left.

I didnt answer my cell but called it back from a landline using *67 Call Number Blocked feature. Got a "fast busy" tone which means it's a disconnected number, which means a call from a disconnected number means you are getting called by a criminal identity theft ring. Dont answer and you wont get another call from this wretched hive of scum and villainy.
