Someone calling claiming to be with a local housing development and saying he had business for us.  It was a noisy call center background.  When I commented on the noise, he claimed he was in the area and calling from McDonald's.  LIAR  School next door just let out and that place is crammed with hungry kids....not call center noise.  He also claimed to be the head consierge at a local golf course community.  Funny, when I asked my friend there (who happens to be the head of security), he had never heard of him.  JIM GREEN or whomever you are is a LIAR.  SCAM SUSPICION

Similar to above scenario.  The caller ID read "Chris Sprague".  This caller claimed to be Jim Greene calling from his cell phone in CT on behalf of Race Brook Community Property.  The caller was extremely obnoxious and rude and entirely unbelievable.  SCAM

Same thing just happened, called and said he has business for us, replacing equipment at the most expensive neighborhood in town...noisy callers in background, I was getting legitimate customer calls at same time and cut him off, asked if he was selling a service to us and he said no, I've got a lot of units for you to replace and hung up.  So ridiculous, they need to realize we get these calls everyday and I know within 30 sec. if they are an actual consumer or selling something.

I just got the same call from this "Jim Green" he was very rude. I told him I was returning his call for our owner and he stated he did not want to talk to me and he didn't call for me.  I told him our owner was busy and then he said "well so am I". When I called him out on being rude he became very defensive and told me we have just lost his business.  Take your scam somewhere else

Said he was "concierge" and wanted to arrange to have drains "cleaned" for ALL the houses in a local association. He was very rude and said he can only talk with the owner, when I told him he did not make sense, that we already do work for the individual home owners and an as needed basis he said I would be losing out on a lot of money. He continued to be condescending so I hung up

Jim Greene called claiming to have 47 Roofs for us and he needed to speak with the Owner to get that done. When I told him the owner does not take those types of calls and we do not use Lead services he said to disregard.

Same person just called me claiming to represent Biltmore Forest, and would we come give an estimate. I Immediately knew it was a scam and declined, and he asked if it was because “we’re a Jewish community”. I told him not to be offensive and hung up. He immediately called back and I added him to the call block list.

Jim Green called and stated he is a property manager for some homeowners in a local community in my area that need replacement windows. We have been servicing the homeowners in this community for over 45 years and never heard of a Jim Green as a property manager. Jim is clearly trying to high pressure sell his way into becoming a middle man for home services. Had to hang up on him....what an [***].

Same as everybody else. He's pretending to work for one of the local country club golf courses and called our office saying he has work for us but it's just a complete scam for magazine advertisement.

This guy called the HVAC company I work at  asking to only speak to the owner. Claiming he wanted a replacement for a lot of HVAC equipment. I told him it is not the owner he needs to speak with as the owner does not handle that. He said, "I have a policy where I only talk to the owner." Heads up to these people. Owners don't handle the day to day business like that and you are not likely to ever get a response from them as they most of the time, don't work in the office. I asked him if it was for property in Colorado and he said yes and asked why. I told him his caller ID comes from a number in Deerfield Beach, FL. He claimed that he was calling from his cell phone "he had for 15 years." I could tell it was coming from a noisy call center. I finally just took his info and told him the owner would call back if he was interested. He said, "You know what, I will just take my quarter of a million dollars in replacements somewhere else." I told him okay and to have a nice day. SCAM.

cid Jim Green has been blocked.  Mr Snooty called and told the receptionist that the had 28 units or more that the development was seasonal and that now the residents were permanent.  Single family homes.  I called him back, and in his sickeningly sweet voice he told me that because I was not the owner that he would not talk to me. (sorry, but that is how we do things here.)  He wouldn't even give me enough information (by phone or email) to decide if it was something we even wanted to consider.  Claimed to be the head community consierge "that make all the decisions".  Really?  For individual homeowners?  Now, that's not common.  He said a few other things that just didn't add up.....someone who hasn't researched the industry would say this kind of thing.   Then he tells me how if the owner can't be bothered to call him that he would "give a huge amount of money to someone else."  He already sounded like a PITA, now he just sounds slimy.  (Dude, we just blocked your number.)

That's funny.  I was just saying to a co worker that this guy sounded like the advertising guy who claims to be from the golf course that calls every year.  He just called saying he is buying for a housing development.  The name he gave isn't a housing development.  I just crinkled up his phone number and tossed it.

The same Jim Greene called our office. First he stated he was with the HOA and then later said he was with Vista Publishing. When I told him we were not interested he stated "do you kiss your mother with that mouth" lol. He stated he was the head of the HOA at a well known neighborhood. I mentioned to him that I lived there and that he was a scam lol. He hung up on me lol.
