They keep calling me and I have no idea who they are

Calling for no reason. Probably a seller, didn't leave a message.

It's a collection agency for a payday loan

Calls and hangs up. I don't have a payday loan. You can hear lotsbofnpeople in the background so some kind of telemarketer

Call themselves D2 Management, say they are a "mediation firm" which is typical debt-scammer double-talk for debt collector.  Say they are located in South Carolina.  Ignore them.

Typical debt scamming techniques. They say they will garnish  wages  without a trial.  Which is total clap-trap
Then they go around saying  that they have a 1099-C form (forgiveness of debt) that they will file with the IRS.  More useless threats, there's no way they'd mess with the IRS by filing a false document. They also like to call from a variety of spoofed phone numbers to make you think that are located nearby.

Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
 a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
 b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage     http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in

They continue to bother  you, tell them you are going to the police to make a complaint of extortion.

Called to say I owe for a payday loan and its on my TransUnion credit report. Advised to further speak to them they can send me the agreement i supposedly entered into. Caller said they dont do that and she will mark my file as such.

Just received call from this company and they said they were trying to reach a certain person and also gave out the last four of the person's social security #, I stated to the rep after asking the reason for their call and let them know I was not the person they spoke of. The rep kept quiet until I hung up.

Got a call from this number, too, and given the info on this webpage (AND, NEEDLESS to say), I BLOCKED those sorry @$$ S. O. B.'s!!! ;-)
