they call and call my work looking for the controller.  I tell them he's not in, then they try to tell me they are returning a call and what the controller's cell phone.  I tell them I don't have it.  This has been going on for like 2 weeks, then today they call 6 times in a row three times I answered it nobody there and the other 3 times i hung up on them.  THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY

This guy cold called asking for the name of the controller. When he got his name he claimed he was returning his call. When I told him he wasn't available he asked for his mobile which I don't give out. He says he is Roger from Grainger. Another time he gave a different company. I talked to the plant manager and he has no knowledge of this person and did not call him. He has also used the "I was just talking to him and we got cut off." That was another lie. I have asked him to please stop calling and he does not. He has started getting very rude and when I told him that the plant manager never called him and he called me a liar. Calls several times a day everyday. I have warned my coworkers about him if I am not at my desk to take a call. He got very rude with my coworker and threatened to report her if she didn't put the call through so she hung up on him. Since asking to be removed off the do not call list didn't work I won't take the call anymore and just hang up on him.

3 calls today. no message. hangs up on answer.

A woman called claiming they were on a call from the Maintenance Supervisor but for some reason, they can't remember the name. I said he's not in right now, can I take a message? They said give me his name and number and I will call him back. I said no I will check to see if he's in, but I didn't give her a name. They hung up. I guess they really didn't want to talk to the supervisor after all. LOL, The supervisor said he didn't talk to them or know them.
