- CHICA| 1 replyAsked if I could help them, told her it depended on what they wanted, they wanted me to connect them to the Maintenance Mgr told them it was against our policy.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- PratgirlSame thing as above. She wanted to know if I could help her. She couldn't remember the Maintenance Mgr name. I said obviously she was making this up as we don't have a maintenance mgr. She said she wasn't and had a small fake laugh, then said since I'm obviously working and so is she, she would hang up so we could have better days. Then hung up.

- RecWanted the name of the maintenance manager. (We don't give out names). I put the phone on mute and could hear her talking. The company is AIC = All Industrial Coating. She hung up when she found out I wouldn't give her a name.
- Caller: AIC=All Industrial Coating

- fed-upIdiot called and asked if I could do her a favor - could I give her to the maintenance supervisor. Told her we are in an office building and we don't have the choice of who is used. Then she asked if I could connect her to someone. DUH! Hung up on her, called back 3 more times but I hit the reject call button. Guess she didn't appreciate being called a dolt! The caller ID said Hollywood, Fl.

- BubbsCalls our business at least once a day, every day, asking for our Maintenance Supervisor. At first we thought it was a bill collector, but now seeing that it is an industrial coating company makes sense. Our work phones have caller ID, so when we see "Hollywood, FL and the number, we know who she is going to ask for. She always asks for us to page the guy in charge of maint., and so what we do is either send her straight to his V/M (in which case she will IMMEDIATELY call back and say "Oh, I asked for ---- and I got his V/M. No kidding-it was intentional, you moron!) or put her on hold for several minutes, then say he is not available. You'd think this bimbo would get wise to this. I think ultimately, we are going to demand she stop calling, because she is getting to be a real pain in the behind.

- ReDONKulous woman, Monica! This woman needs to get a clue and STOP calling!!!!! our maintenance manager doesn't want to talk to you. Why doesnt she get the hint. GOODBYE!!!
- ReceptionistThe same story as all of the above. Woman calls and asks for me to "help her", and asks that I give her the name of the Maintenance Mgr. I told her I cannot give out the name. She gives me a name (so why did she ask??) and I tell her (truthfully if I might add) that he is out on Medical Leave until January. She says, "Well who has replaced him?" and I tell her, "Again, I cannot give out names." And she says "fine" and hangs up. I have gotten many calls like this in the last week. I wonder why they call at the end of the year...

- Megan Lundahl replies to CHICASame here...guy named Walt...just happened. Using the same tactics 3 years later?!?! weird...
- STFUIts an industrial supply company, All Industrial. If you make the mistake and buy something they call back and say you haven't completed your order as agreed and have only one more shipment. B.S. Then they have some idiot call saying he is the company Lawyer and you are being taken to collections. Next time don't use the District Attorney from Dade County's name. This has been going on since 2007. They are back to calling every day again.

- MeSame thing here. She ask for the plant manager. When I pointed out to her that our business was a livestock auction. When I would not let her speak to anyone else she told me to get a real job, called me a pig and moo'd at me. So I kept calling her back until she blocked me.
- LeonaSame crap as above responses.

- MattAsked co-worker for the maintenance department. I handle maintenance orders and safety so I took the call. She said she was calling from All Industrial Coatings. She kept asking questions that would have a yes or no answer. This is a common practice among scammers. They get your name and a yes answer on recording and then use it to fabricate recordings like you ordered something. I evaded these and questioned her about who she was with, did she know that her number showed up as Hollywood, and etc. They were supposedly interested in supplying us with degreasers and removers which are not an industrial coating of any kind. Then she wanted our address to send us some American Express rebates. Lol. What an idiot. Definitely a scammer.

- AliciaA man named Charles called asking for the name of our plant supervisor and if he could talk to him. He sounded like he was from New York with a Bronx-y accent. I told him I would have to see who to send the call to depending on what he was calling for and what company he is calling from. He said "You can't give me a name? I alrealdy told you I'm Charles from AIC" So I told him to hold on a moment and I left him on hold until he hung the phone up.
