I missed their call but when I called back two min. later, repeatedly received "You have reached a non working number." message.

I got two calls from 757-321-3671.  I tried to return the call but I received the non working numer message.

Answered, but all I could hear was broken static, a mans voice, then a hang up.

Was called by this number at 9 am, and didn't answer. "They" hung out long enough to listen to my voice mail message, and then hung up. (I heard the click in my vm) Tried to call back, and got a static-filled message about my call not going through. I put this number on "block".

It is Paramount Builders in Virginia

i received a voicemail from the phone number with a distress reply from what sounded like an older woman.  i have relayed info to police.

Paramount builders. I have blocked them from all numbers they have called from and they continue to call using another number. This is total harrasment no matter what i tell them

get several calls per day from this number. No message left. very annoying.
