No one is there when we answer, and the caller doesn't leave anything on our answering machine when we screen the call.

I keep getting calls from 757-321-6278.  So, when I answer, the person on the other line drops the call.  When I try and call back, I hear a message stated the companies name of Anchor Receivables Management.

When I pick up the call, the other end hangs up.  When you call back and actually get to speak with someone they entertain you with the thought that they are removing your number from the list, but then we just get a call back in a couple of weeks.

Upon answering, caller hangs up the phone.

This seems to be an automatic dialer that just connected with our phone. Of course nobody was on the other end.

If we see it again, we won't be answering!

I keep getting calls from this number and no one is there - would like them to stop the harassment.

Someone has been calling from ths number at least 6 times a day. They let it ring twice and then hang up. Tried to call back but no answer. Also they use 1-757-321-6270. I just ignore their call but it's annoying.

Same thing here, got a call from this number this morning.  How the hell do you block these [***] from bothering us.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone- I don't know who this is or why they keep calling. I keep getting up to 5 calls a day.

I don't normally answer numbers that I am unfamiliar with, so I always ignore this one. But now they're calling early morning and late at night... starting to get a bit irritating. Is there a way to block them?

The male voice told me I owed money on my Wachovia account. I've never dealt with Wachovia. Then the person asked me for my social security number for verify my (non) account...red flag!!.  Once he told me the calls would continue until I did, I hung up.

i got a call from  757 213 0687 and their was a bit of something on my voicemail was only a snatch of the background noise tho.

We've been getting calls from this number too.  When we answer, there isn't anyone there.  They've been calling several times per day and this morning, they started calling at 8:31 a.m.

I had a similar situation with another accounts receivable recovery company and I wrote an letter to the Attorney General's office in my state and they took care of it for me and the letters and phone calls stopped.  They were after my husband's social security number (which we didn't provide them) and stated that he owed money from 1992 to a company that he hadn't ever done business with.  Scam artists.
