    They probably are as Home Advisor hires outfits to call DNC registered numbers to get leads to sell to contractors.

    She confirmed that she was both.  I asked specifically if she was Paramount Builders as what the caller ID said and she said she was.  Still, the company was asked have my # to be removed for the 8th time and that they are going to have a FTC 1088 Filed and a BBB complaint.
