two calls back to back and nobody there.

Two calls to my cell phone, back to back. No message left.

Called around 10 AM  . I didn't answer and they left no message  

Caller ID said Viginia Beach.

Called at 6:08 AM.  Did not leave a message.

Caller ID said Virginia BCH VA

Called at 1:15PM.  SPAM message auto-bot: Press 1 if I am interested in getting FEMA to do business directly with my business without going to open market.  Press 2 if I am not interested in FEMA doing business with me.  No option to auto out or talk to anyone to request removal from their phone list.

7:21 AM (MST) yesterday.  I didn't listen to the whole thing but it seemed to match "JIm's" account.  Thought it might have to do with me being on a government contractor list.

someone keeps calling me from this number. I don't wnat them to. make it stop.

unsolicited call from an area code we have no relationship with. we do not answer, assuming it to be an unwelcome pest of some sort.

It's a scam....brought to you by GSA Applications/Federal Verification Scammers.  If they can't get $7500 for a GSA contract you will never get....they try to get you for $500 for a FEMA contract (and there is no such thing)
