    i continue to get calls from Stacy at Dealer Processing.  The warranty has expired on my car (2018)  They ask me if I want to talk to a rep.  I do not respond and they say,"Great.  I'll connect you" or something like that.  Then they say that all the people are busy, so they put me on hold

    Either Stacy or Steve with dealer processing.  They call 1 to 3 times per day. I don't need a warranty.  I have a new car. They have old information.

    I get three of four calls a day from Stacy or Steve.  They use various phone numbers that change often, so I can't really filter.  I've tried staying on the line to ask them to take me off their list, but no one ever answers.  I'm constantly told that they are busy with other customers.  This is really becoming a nuissance.  I want it stopped.
