New number in that awful payday loan scam

Yes they are calling and harrasing me and also from an unknown number talking about some investigation.  I don't know who these people are but i told them to remove my number from there call list.

They called and said they had tried to reach me by mail but received no reply, so they were filing with the California state county court for check fraud!  I have no idea what they are talking about and would love to be able to reach them by phone because I certainly have a thing or two to say to them!

I received a call from this number at work - they left voice message.   Stated he was an officer with State Investigations Department of California and a lawsuit was being filed against my social security number and I should call them back right away at 760-713-6517.  When I called number back it says the subscriber in which you are calling is not available and to please leave a message.  

I don't know what this is about - I don't owe any money or have any outstanding loans.....   I am concerned that they may have my social.

I have received another call at work from this number.  They are also calling my friend and harassing her.  They have all my information, ss#, work number, home address.   This is scary - I don't know how they got it.  I do not have any outstanding debts.  

I told them to remove my number and to quit calling us and they just laughed and said they were from the attorney generals office in california but he was cussing at me.   Telling me they would not take my advise to quit calling.  

How do you get them to quit calling?

I got the same call. Who are these people? They just ticked me off and I cussed them out! They hung up on me. They have all my information as well. What can we do? Where do we begin?

I got the same call saying he was a paralegal calling from the state of california because some case has been filed against me had my soc, address, phone num, sister, and daddy number. But I have theft protection so Im calling experian to put a freeze on my soc. Beware SCAM

this is a scam right because i got the call saying i got a payday loan to my bank for 300 dollors and i owed 600 dollors since i have not payed it in 3 months......they said if i didnt pay it by the 24th of dec i would go to court which they called me on the 22nd of dec i do remebr applyinf for payday loans online a long time agao thats how i think they know all my info

I got the same exact call at my office and my cell ,I called back at419-595-0793 and got some foreign guy that said he was from the dept of ohio about a lawsuit against my ss #. I had a few choice words with them and he cussed me using four letter words and that confirmed to me that they were not a legal business. I told them to not call me again.

They have called me several times about the same matter.  They wanted the name of my attorney.  When I tried to give it to them they wouldn't take it, they couldn't wait to get off the phone.  There call back number was 760-713-6517

I keep getting messages from these people...usually someone with an Indian accent. I have had Payday loans; but this is a scam. It is scary because they know a lot of personal information and threaten you. It is illegal to threaten, jail or court time. I called them back today and stated that I knew they were a scam. They needed to learn English and identify themselves and the payday loan I supposedly owe properly. I also told them they were being reported to the BBB and the District Attorney's office where I live. They hung up. I called back three times and repeated myself. So far , no new calls. I have been getting these scammers for about 6 months now. Someone went rogue at a payday loan place and gave away information in my opinion. Know your rights. You can be threatened.

I don't want this people to call me anymore, how can I block them

i too have been getting calls being threatened that i will be taken to court....i have never applied for a payday loan online! he told me his name was mark anderson....and he was from the state of investigations.....and then gave a call back number....419 959 0793 ext 203. my husband ended up screaming at him and cussing him on the phone and he said see you in court and hung up????? surely there is some legal action that can be taken. he is claiming to be a government official...i would be in jail if i did that and i am a united states citizen.......with his strong lack of comunication skills it is obvious he is not american!

I have been getting calls being threatened that I will be taken to court. I have applied for payday loans online before but have paid them back! In broken English and a heavy accent he told me his name is Mark Anderson, and when he first started calling advised he is a Detective from Toledo, OH investigating a check fraud charge. In later calls he said he is a paralegal from the American Law Department. He gave his call back number as 419-285-6231. Supposedly he is downloading my check fraud case against uspaydaycash.com and the courts will be contacting me. I hope this is a scam.....

i got the same phone call they left this number to contact them 409 422 9862  these are the same people who called me before with a different number. Good luck I feel for you

I received calls from 419-000-1011 & 409-422-9862. All of which claiming the same as all have stated above. They are making harrassing charges saying a warrant for my arrest has been sent out. They refuse to give any real information.

I got calls from John Fisher. Dept of Investigations Ohio Check fraud crap. He has called for months and I ignored him. I changed my number.Told work that the weird accent guy calling for me was a scam artist to ignore him. Now he leaves voicemail as Roger Smith crime agency 7603328329. I wish he would die.
