There was a call stating that my car's warranty was about to expire and to dial either 1 if no action or 2 to address the issue. I was ubaware of any warranty expiiration, but just in case I dialed 2. An operator came on and wanted my information, car make, model, etc...I stated I would not provide it and who were they and how they were related to my vehicle. She said she could not tell without my details...I stated, "you called me", so you ought to know...well, she was rude since I was firm. She ended up hanging up on me. Funny thing I had tried to talk over her and she said let me finish talking. When she started talking over me, I said I" I am talking now, let me finish" which is when she hanged up...Hmmmm
