Do not believe these people it is a scam i live in Georgia and they have banned payday loans so I know its a scam. Please report these people. So that they can be stopped. here is another number they called me from 7605820313

They have called yet again asking for my mother. As I have a power of attorney to act on her behalf, I claimed to be her legal representative and demanded they fax over any information to my office for review. They claimed they had no legal responsibility to do so and claimed they knew more about the law than any attornies. The man claimed to be David Miller from United Loan Services and that he was representing Pay Cash One. Funny thing was, they seem to have a bunch of Davids in that office since he gave me a different last name when I called back. Oh...and it seems he wanted to threaten me with jail time and fines for pointing out the holes in his demands. The Kansas AG's office just sighed when I called to report it. At least this time they didn't claim to be an officer from a department I have friends working in. I had fun with that one.

Total scamming crap.

Well the guy that has been calling me claimed they were investigating me for a payday loan I took out in 2009, that I know is wrong. I don't have any payday loans and hung up. He then called back restricted an hour later I pretended that I was my sister, he asked if I knew where my sister worked and what kind of car my sister drove, WTH, these people are nuts!!! When he calls back I'm going to tell him that I reported them to the police and the FTC and see what kind of response I get then

these people are stupid they keep calling me with the same bs something needs to be done do they really think people believe them when they say we will go to jail you cant go to jail for debt if that was the case 90%of the world would be in jail

this has been calling me for the last weeks and their number is registering in my cell as an emergency 911 number. and they said that they ae calling from department of justice and so forth.  I just hang up because am busy working.

scammer called teling about the lawsuit they dont know that the papre are sended before the lawsuit is filed

I have been getting calls repeatedly from  this number, today was the 1st time someone actually was on the line, usually there is no one there.I can't remember the guys name, probably because his tone and very bad foriegn accent irritated me right away. He said he was trying to collect a debt that I owed for a payday loan that I never paid from back in June of 09.  (That  I never did). He said I was being charged with internet something fraud, banking fraud, and a couple of other things, I can't remeber. Said I needed to go to the courthouse and pay over $5000 for said loan plus interest fees. He had all my info, including banking info and friends and family members. Said that if i didn't pay right away that (they) the police would be coming to get me. I knew I had no such loan out and that there is no debters prison. So I told him to go ahead and come at with both barrells. Of course he got really mad and kept making threats. I simply told him where he could put it and said that he might have better luck if he learned english a little better and that really sent him over the edge. I hung up. But tomarrow I am going to report him to all the agencies recommeded on this site. I'm so glad I found this, thanks. p.s. said that they had sennt me over 60 emails warning me about this, I have never seen them. he was from paycash1 when I told him I didn't have a loan with that company he said they have over 300 different websites for payday loans and that he wasn't sure which company my loan was with.

I just got the same message..they also called my sister.  When I try to call that number back, it tells me all circuits are busy.  I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of my state and with the FTC.  I applied for a payday loan several months ago, but never completed it or took the money, it was too expensive.

Aaron Jordan called me and my sister, threatening my with legal action if my attorney or myself did not call him back.  When I return a call, it says the circuits are busy.  I did not receive any type of payday loan.

These people have harassed me and my family for about a month calling from 7605820311 & 7605820313. I live all the way in Atlantic City,NJ they have constantly called me and my JOB. The first time they called me they said that i got a $10,000 loan and that if I don't pay them back that they would come and arrest me from my home and my job.So the calls kept coming so and they called me yesterday at 2:44,3:46,3:47,5:42,5:43,5:44,6:50,6:52,6:52,6:53pm & today at 10:32am from unknown caller and then called my job harassing my boss and still calls back at 2:52pm from 2135555556.Something just told me to google this phone number and this page pops up & now I'm so relived because now I know this is a scam I'm REPORTING them.

They told me the same thing paycash1 and just knew that I didnt take out no loan.

I was contacted today by someone from the number 760-582-0311, stating I owed a debt to Paycash 1 from 2009.  I stated I did not owe this debt and asked that he give me a copy of the "agreement".  He said it was too late and that if I did not pay I woudl be "picked up".  I informed him that I was looking at my bank statmenets from that time period and saw where they gave me no money.  He kept saying I owed it, which I knew I didn't.  He also kept trying to get me to call him back which mad no sense becasue we were already on the phone.  When I would not concede he said " I will see you in court" and hung up.

This man from pakistan calls me over and over and threatens me saying i have a pending lawsuit. When i ask questions he screams at me and provides no details. The last message from yesterday he was threatening me on my work voicemail and than started laughing and hung up the phone.

I continue to get calls from 760-582-2084 and 760-930-1508 with the same man with the thick accent that can't speak english.   I agree with other post if they had what they needed they wouldn't be calling you all the time.    They must really think people are that dumb!!!

To Alex brown.  I have a brother that works for the FBI. I gave him your name and phone number. in other words I reported you ass.  Your ass is grass.  You are going to jail for fruad.  Good luck.

listen this crap is insane im so tired of these hobbie dobbies calling me telling me i owe them money what they dont know is my lawyer is looking into this plus the bbb if they dont know what the bbb is they will shortly ive been scammed one time before and that taught me from trusting any loan places over the internet so the best advise i can give to anybody is this paycash 1 is fixin to get busted there not gonna get away with this much longer and i promise i will not stop till the hobbie dobbies go running with their tails between their legs also they use another name united loan services keep your eyes open. they will get you if you let them they'll also use your name as a sales person/collecter/scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got this same call and info i reported them to the police but he was mad at me  also because i wanted to know the company where these alligations came from he never would tell me

Same story here. It took 3-4 calls before I was able to determine what these guys actually wanted was for me to give them some money to "keep this out of the courts" for an online payday loan I allegedly took from one of their clients in Mar, 2010, which I knew to be wrong. Pure extortion! The phone # used by Nick Stevenson was 760.269.3825 and the fax # is 760.284.6394. I sent them a fax at that # disputing this case and informing them I had irrefutable proof to support my claim.

these people have called me about a loan and I told them it was a scam cause I hadn`t took out a loan at all.
