Solar energy . Something like Synergy ?

This was a very targeted call, attempting to lure me into signing up for a solar energy review because my state is pushing green energy efforts and there may be financial incentives to get solar panels installed. It sounded like a political call at first, asking me if I know about green energy initiatives in my state. Once I realized it was a company who wanted to sell me something, I told the caller that I wasn't interested, was working from home, and was very busy. He replied, "Of course you're not interested. You don't know what the benefits to you could be." I hate that crap. Probably just doing his job, but my number is on the Do No Call registry. I am so sick of it being ignored. I can only assume it was some kind of scam because it came from this number.

You should dispute charges with your credit card company. They usually work with the consumer so you're not responsible for fraudulent charges.

I get about 20 calls a day between cell & house phone. They are either sooofed #'s or scam operations. Don't ever pick up and block if you have the ability to do so.

The DNC list is for reputable companies not scammers with spoofed #'s. Come on. Think about it!!

I just got this call and he says would  like  me to answer a few questions on some survey thing, I think it was about utilities or something to that nature, I don't have the  time ...

Ive received multiple calls, with no messages left, from this number
Over the past several days despite my numbrr being on the no call list.

The Do Not Call list is not a call blocker so it cannot prevent you from receiving unwanted calls. And only legitimate telemarketers follow it anyway; scammers just ignore it. Invest in an actual call blocker or at the very least don't answer calls from numbers you dont know if at all possible.

# 760-733-8703 claiming to  get me free electricity , when I said I wasn't interested & this is a scam she told me to "go screw my husband & tell him she said hi."
Total losers

Got a call like everybody else from these scammers.  If everybody got together and told the government that the do not call list does not work and it seems to be a go center for the scammers to get our numbers.

They said they were from Sunergy and I was eligible for free solar.  He wanted my kilowatt hours from my electric bill.  I said no thanks.  You can't call the # back.  I don't know what the exact scam is, but I'' pretty sure there is one.

Just got a call from this number. I answered and he asked for my husband. I said he wasn't home and then he said "is this ________?" Using my mane. I said yes and he hung up. I guess I just don't understand what the purpose is.

Called me 3x in a span of 5 min.  No pickup.  Blocked.  Best way to avoid this, is to use "selective call acceptance", which rejects all calls and only allows those on your list to ring.  Charter is undergoing upgrades, so mine was not active.  Usually, it's very effective.  However, if they keep shutting off my settings in the name of "upgrades" I'm going to switch carriers.  The whole idea behind blocking a call, is not having to stop what you're doing because it RINGS.

Call my house every single day. most times i get not in service if i call back. Never leave message if they call, just hang up. Today I called and caught them off guard. Someone picked up and said hey, as soon as i said is this 7607338703 they hung up. Many times these scam artists have multiple lines closely matching the phone number they originally call from. such as 8704 8705, 8402, 8701 and finally 8700, I called all these and got a busy signal except for 8700 where it was a robot call giving away a "free " vacation for answering a few questions.

Caller wanted to talk about eversource bill and going Green. scam.
