Called while I was out. I called back (*67) but only got a large number of rings. A service I use that detects robocalls employed a process that showed it was a new AND robo-dialed number. Unfortunately, if I tell you the name or even give a hint as to the name of the free service, this comment will never get posted.

This number called my listed landline, then my unlisted number, and then my cellphone -- twice -- all within the space of five minutes this afternoon,  The two calls to my cellphone, one minute apart, were clearly meant to defeat my Do Not Disturb exception that allows a number to go through if a call from it is made again within three minutes.  (This is something I've begun seeing recently.)  Fortunately, the exception can be turned off, and I've done that.

This number is for Optum rx. It's a mail order prescription service. There call back number was 1-855-828-7716

Five calls in one day. Zero messages. Those are both things that raise my suspicion. If they have a legitimate reason for calling, why not leave a message?

If indeed this is OptumRx, I'd like to complain...
Ironically, I was on the phone with OptumRx when this call came in. I am an OptumRx customer.
I wonder why OptumRx does not have the business sense to put their company name in the caller ID?
I have complained about this to their management on several occasions.

If this is OptumRx, why are they contacting me using a number without a name??? It's just one of multiple problems I have with this company.  Their technology dept. leaves a lot to be desired.

Has called my phone twice today (9/26/2018) but does not leave a message.  When I searched online I found that this number was Qwest which is now CenturyLink.  I'm in CA with an area code 209 so I have no idea why they would call me since I am not in a location they service but maybe they are trying to expand into CA

Caller claimed to be from OptumRx and was calling concerning my wife's medication.  First, however, she needed to confirm her information.  After giving our address, I became suspicious and ended the call.

It's United Healthcare who will spam and harass you relentlessly try to sell you all kinds of crazy stuff. Never leaves messages, could legitimately be about your Medicare Supplement Plan, but only very indirectly.

Has called me 3 times today but does not leave message.  I called the number back and it just rang. I see that it may be united healthcare. If so  i will not be giving them any info unless they can give me my address and Medicare number first, which they should have if they’re legit.

This number has called my cell twice but left no message. No caller ID. When googled it says it is from United Health Care. When I return the call it just rings and rings. Why wouldn't they leave a message?

After the 4th time of calling and only ringing once, the call rang three times so I answered. Woman with accent said she was from Optum RX (who I use) and started asking for my pertinent information.  I told her that she should have all that and that I was suspicious and she should have all that info.  She said they would send me an e-mail.  That was three hours ago and I have heard nothing.   I called Optum RX and they knew nothing about the call and said they didn't have anything in Minnesota (caller ID said "Minnesota Call").  Since the info I looked up said this is a United Health Number operated by Century Link, I wouldn't put anything past them.  Neither United Health nor Century Link seem to know much of anything about anything!

This is LEGIT. I signed up for this policy and they let me know it was accepted. Did not ask for unnecessary info.

Called home phone.  I didn’t answer then about 1 minute later called my cell phone.  I answered and they hung up.  Next time I will answer and use my phone whistle on them.   I love doing that.  Sometimes I answer ‘’’thank u for calling Sears Ladies languriea.

Thanks for posting your information. Now it makes sense. Yesterday I asked my insurance about Medicare Part D, and I guess they sold or passed on the info to this prescription service.

Signed up for insurance thru them. This was a message to say it had been approved and welcome kit and id would be arriving in the mail. It is a legit call, but Stupid that caller is id not say that.
