I called the number back after seeing it on my caller id. There was an answering machine where I left a message asking to be removed from their list.

some one on the other end was talking the first time that person called. The same number called back after a minute and basically hanged up.

I received a phone call from 763-450-4997, inquiring about the physician doing urodynamics to diagnose urinary incontinence, and what type of machine our office uses for urodynamics.  The caller then went further to state that their company offers urodynamic machines for OB/Gyn physicians.

I informed the caller that OB/GYN physicians do not diagnose urinary incontinence, but an Urologist will diagnose a patient with urinary incontinence.  The caller stated, "Oh, I did not know that."

I received a call also but the person hung up when I answered.

Got a call today; no message was left.

I've been getting calls from this number everyday around 10am for two weeks on my cell.  Since I don't know the number, I don't answer the call.  I may answer the next one and ask they take me off their calling list.

I get this call almost daily, they will sometimes call back if I don't answer the first time, when I do answer they hang up....irritating.

I've been getting calls from this number for over a week. I finally decided to answer it today and it was a follow up call for a free programming CD I had ordered online through AppDev. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about  general programming lingo (surprising).
After seeing Rose's comments I suspect this is a calling service of some sort.

I received call today. I missed it and when I called back it was asking me to leave my name and number back

To 'fromTexas', that makes sense. I also ordered the programming CD. I got their answering machine when I called back, but I didn't leave a number for them.

This number called twice. The first time I answered nobody was on the line so I hung up. Within 30 seconds the same number called back and there was a guy on the phone trying to sell something. I hung up.

I've been getting a call for the past 2 weeks and coincidentally, I downloaded an AppDev demo training program. I guess several different companies use this call back service. Each time no message is left.

Guy said he was from United Health Care and wanted to speak to the CFO.  He refused to give a call back number stating the number he was dialing out on was and 800 number that didn't accept incoming calls and was for marketing purposes.  I did not give out our CFOs name and he might call back!  Can't wait.

I received this call on my voice mail at work. they did not leave a message they just hung up.  i will not answer this call - thanks to the other caller reports.

Call from 763 450 4997 "Volkart may also" according to my caller ID.
Hung up when I picked up.
It is interesting that one posting above mentions AppDev from whom I just received a promotional CD.
No idea if there is a relation. Irritating.

This number belongs to APPDEV. They sell learning CD's...

I received a call on my cell phone from this number and it was a telemarketing call for Twins season tickets.

I received a call from 763-450-4997 after downloading the appdev traning demo. I guess it belongs to them.

I am also getting a call from this number evryday and even on my desk number. One similarity between my case and some of above is that i also ordered APPDEV cd.
