Received call that displayed 'Public Bulletin' on my Caller ID. I've never heard of Public Bulletin and do not know anyone personally in the 765 area code. I blocked the number thinking it's a telemarketer or another robo caller.

I just received a call from "Duke Energy" informing us that we could "possibly" have a rebate up to $1000.  We don't get our electric power from DE, so hung up.

Got a call from this number, caller id showed "PUBLIC BULLETIN".  Stupidly answered it, but all that can across sounded like a robo-caller filtered through a really bad connection.

Received call--on caller ID--didn't answer.

Robocall from this number about a $1000 rebate from Duke Energy and IPL.  I don’t use either one of these power companies.

Public Bulletin caller,  however  my caller shows it as Potential Spam. stating a $1,000 rebate thru Duke or IPL. To learn more press 1. I did not. I hung up. However Otterbein, In is way west of Lafayette, In inbetween 41 an 231 on 52.  Duke & IPL need to make a "public" announcement.

Caller ID showed public Bulletin, never heard of that, Did not answer, left no message, now blocked..

I actually got a voicemail this time: "Press one now." That's it. Morons!!!!

I clicked answer, and Made them sit through 40 minutes of "The Alex Jones Prison Experiment" on YouTube... They never hung up, finally I did so I could grab the number, Google it, and here I am...

Still at it.. didn't bother answering.
