- xFor the past year and half I have been recieving phone calls from this number. Every time I pick-up--the birthday song tune plays over and over. Sometimes the tune will even play as the RingTone--even if my phone is on silent.
- mellowyn replies to Tomi am having same story, im verizon
- trippinI get same kind of stuff, and weird times
Im starting to think maybe feds?- Caller: verizon
- james taylorim a verizon user and have had this call come to me 4 or 5 times but its a recoreding of my voice saying something sexual to my girlfriend.
- sammy abelthis number keeps calling me popping up as my now boyfriends full name, he doesn't have a phone and therefor I know its not him. i don't have minutes on my phone, but it will still ring and when i answer i cant hear anything bc my ringtone don't shut off and the call will stay connected as long as i don't hang up. it doesn't even show up in my recent calls. i personally believe its a fake calling app from the stupid app store.
- Call type: Prank
- Steven Meis replies to farmeri get the same thing except when i answer all i hear is the wicked witch music playing then the call doesn't show up on my recent calls. and the weirdest thing yet is that it says it is from my mom when i was standing right next to her.
- SteveI hate it and I am also Verizon.
- Skeeeeeter replies to TomI'm also a Verizon Wireless customer. Let's all answer the phone when "he" calls and just not say anything.
- AnthonyI've received a call from this number MANY times...most recent on January 29. The Caller ID always reflects 'Ishmial', but never shows in my call history & each time I answer....dead silence. Also I know nobody named Ishmial & that name isn't in my contacts list. Glad to see this number is showing up on other phones. weird.
- AnthonyJust read John's post from January 2013 & I turned off fake calls & saw that Ishmial was in as name for fake name. Hope this helps. I also have a Verizon based phone
- LilaThis number just called me at 3am pretending to be the local hospital. They used the abbreviation of the hospital as the contact. The phone wouldn't stop ringing. I wasn't going to answer it, but it somehow rang for about 5 minutes without rolling over to voicemail. The callers voice was strikingly similar to someone that I am pretty close to. When I finally answered it was a recording on a loop saying my mother had been in a car accident.

- mark| 1 replyi have been getrting calls from this number for months but is id'd as 'Darya' which is the name of a lady i have been emailing from Russia back and forth since May. she has stopped emailing me since she has finally figured out that i will not/cannot 'sponser her trip to USA '
She has gotten a visa and a passport with her money and jewelry, she says, and says that she only needs $250 to come meet me! (a little loco, ya think) she has sent me about 2 dozen pictures and she is 29 yr old knockout a perfect body ?36C? long legs blue eyes etc.the tune is happy birthday both well before and well after the date!? as with you others does not come up with 'recent calls' etc oh yeah, i just called the number 'non-working' what a surprise! - mark replies to markanother thought, can there be an email connection? i use gmail and this Darya uses yahoo. could there be some piracy and if so what's the point!? This Darya seemed sincere besides of her apparant wackiness, she just said 'bye-bye' when she cut off with me. but this call has been haapening for months, even in the midst of our 'romance' just an idea
- MJG replies to TomAfter following the conversation, I agree with all. I received my first (hopefully LAST!) call today 11/02/14. Although I have a ring limit, it didn't stop. Neither did the "Fake Call" message. Yes, I'm also Verizon. Are there any AT&T's receiving this stuff?
- MJG replies to TonyI'll bet everyone is one the "Do Not Call" List also, right? I'll guess our Fearless Leader put his hands into that also!
- DjMisBehavin' replies to katiLol. Hey it could be worse I'd rather have mom come up on my phone than the Grim Reaper... same thing as the rest of you that name is not in my call log. Just hear super Mario music thru the phone. [***]. People should grow up.
- A. LathamI have received 2 calls from this number on my mobile. The name on the screen is GERARD BUTLER. Nobody replies when I say Hello - just a robocall over and over again, saying this is so-and-so's Bar and Grill May I take your order?" Odd thing is, I got a new mobile (same phone number) and my old phone was turned off. I can no longer get calls or make them. But today "Gerard Butler" rang again...on my OLD cellphone. Weird.
- Caller: Gerard Butler

- JC replies to DukeyrombaSame here. I have a joke name for a friend and vice versa and only we would know about it. It's "Baron von Snorkledorf" (unique, no?) and that is what shows up on my phone. Therefore, I am concluding that my friends phone got hacked or perhaps compromised through bluetooth and my "name" and phone number were gotten that way. Now, for whatever reason, they are calling and playing music. I imagine through Skype or something similar. As you have stated, the strangest part is there is no record of the call and even weirder, it seems to be able to connect to my phone without ringing and without me answering. My only concern is if they can connect to my phone and then listen to whatever is happening near my phone at the time. It seems very NSA.
