Highly unlikely (unless they were starting fights on a grade school play ground which might end ugly for the shills)--- but I do have an idea after reading the testimonials of these shills.  Instead of "Chuck Norris Facts", we could come up with a list of "Primary Solutions Associates Facts".  For instance, "They can't put someone in jail for three years with one phone call".  "They can garnish your wages without a court order" "They make Defective Mullinax look like Sherlock Holmes"

Yes, within the investigator biz, use of LLP's can be confusing. Networking, in GA, MO, and CT is kinda like a Mullnecks.... Mix-On.

Company called me about a payday loan debt. Threatened to take me to court if I don't pay. I paid $200 but I never received an email or proof from them so I didn't pay the rest of the money they said I owe. Company continues to call me. I looked them up online and was told that they are a scam.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

    Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
    (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

    Goonies
I do not owe Primary Solutions any money. I did take a loan with Payday Solutions and have 2 payments left before the debt is settled. I have been called, laughed at, threatened and disrespected. If the tactics to collect a debt are this unethical, Payday Loans needs to be investigated, exposed and shut down. It's nothing short of back in the day loan sharks - what's next? Am I going to be walking down the street one day, a plain van with no windows door quickly slides open, two goons jump out, grab me, throw a pillow case over my head, drive away, beat me up, then push me out of a moving vehicle down by the wharf in an abandoned warehouse district? Goons - straight up goons.

I am getting these calls because, unfortunately this company must have done one of those neighbor searches and come up with MY number.  They call me constantly on my UNLISTED phone number looking for the bimbo downstairs.  She has moved away.  Long gone.  I tell them this but they keep calling me.  I am not going to change my phone number and I am really pissed off.  I just got another one today.  The caller ID says it is from Broston, MA but the number the so called "agent" left is from Georgia.  As far as I know from all the other calls I have gotten for her it is for a payday loan she took out but I don't know for sure.

My call was from Agent Gordon - she gave me the 770 number but called from a Phoenix number. Also this number if you go to Primary Solutions website is not even the number they have listed. This is such a total scam.

THAT was a scam because in a few months you will get a call from another company tell you that you still owe the debt and that the company you paid your money to was a scam company and that you still owe the money. This will continue through diffrent companies scamming money from you.

What a company if being a investigation service they should at least have the updated info on you. Should not wait 6 years to call you. Make sure you call the loan company you allegedly took money from before you pay. According to there records I did call the company I was supposedly borrowed money and they said I never took a loan from them. And they don't even have right address. If it was a legate company you would have been notified sooner then 6 years. Just remember what comes around goes around. You like stealing money from people it will come back at you .this is a 100% scam!! Even if you don't submit a application it still gets saved and sold to a third party. Just beware of that.  Agent or officer Give me a break get a real job like the rest of us.

These types of places call you and attempt to get quick money. Over the past 6 years I have received at least 3 to 6 calls per year from various shady agencies making threats like sending a sheriff to my place of employment and arrest me. Several have called and told them it’s urgent for me to call them and that if I didn’t a sheriff would be by. Nothing has ever came of anything these types of agencies threaten. Most will call multiple times until you actually talk with them and as soon as they figure out that I’m not dumb enough to pay them they never call again and nothing ever becomes of it. It just keeps going around to various collection agencies all over the country all with similar tactics. I can only imagine with the feeling the first few times that they would call that they probably get paid now and then enough to make a profit. Some that I’ve checked back up on are no longer in business.
I swear these places just buy accounts from these pay day loan places just to make a profit. None of them when I ask for a first and last name will ever give it out and when I try to dig for more information on their company they just hang up. They all try to redirect you to paying up or be sued or arrested.
My ex-wife filled out a bunch of payday loans back when we were married without my knowledge. Since then they will not leave me alone. The woman filled out account in our own daughter’s SSN. I’m still fighting to try to fix it after almost two years now. Now it ridiculous that I pay LifeLock money every month now for my daughter and me so we don’t get scammed by her again.

i say there is a law against harassment!! whether anyone that gets that call owes on an old debt, which primary solutions, a collection agency who bought out the debt, they cant threaten you or harass you!! i say file a class action suit against them. The BBB has tried to contact them several times and as far as they are concern, they are not legit, so if they keep harassing any of us, we can do something about!!

i dont believe these people how dare they!! really!!!!!!!! the more i look into them they get more bogus telling me when i ask for paper work, that i am using a stall tack tick!!! again really!! who do they think is going to give banking info or credit card info to them over the phone with nothing to show! then he said the paper work was sent to me at an address that i havent lived at in 8 years or more. lie number one, but he got nasty about it. never professional. then he said it would be sent to my email. saying i dont if you still use it is an old one. i said to him what makes you think its old and i dont use it. trying to intimidate me by saying , if i dont give him the card info, he cant send me the paper work and then , they would go with the court proceeding. really!! i dont know who these people really are, because they call from one number and then give you a another number to call to out of your state. The BBB says they are not legite!! the website dont give much info!! i will continue to keep investigating them through a law office!! i will give more updates
