I was called by this number and it is a call center for bogus sales. I missed call and called back later with a message, 'all lines are busy-no company or other message.

I just got a call from this number as well and tried to call it back ...just a really fast busy signal.  I went to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm  and filed a complaint under Telemarketing, Prerecorded Messages and Do-Not-Call and then selected the tab for 'Abandoned Calls' ('Silent Calls,' 'Dead Air Calls' from a telemarketer) and 'War Dialing' received on your residential or business telephone. This is the second day in a row that I have had this call and it's already starting to get old !!

I Blocked it.

Multiple calls. First time I answered and no one on other end. Second time no message left.

Got repeated calls from this number but unable to reach anyone.

Got 2 calls couple days ago and both times when I answered they hung up

Got another one yesterday and I just hit the answer button and immediately hit the end call

This is how to block a call to my home phone in my area. Try it:
How to Add Numbers to Selective Call Block List

Lift handset and wait for the dial tone.
Press *60 to enter the command options menu.
Press the number 3 to activate Selective Call Blocking.
Press the # sign.
Enter the phone number to block (7 to 10 digit local numbers or 1+10 long distance numbers).
Press the # sign.

they have been calling me 4 times a day for over a week! I never answered it and want them to stop calling me!

They have been calling me at work. I am getting aggrevated.

I'm glad that I found this link after trying to find the name of the business associated with this phone number doing a reverse lookup and no success without a site charging to get the name/details of who owns the phone number.  
I started getting calls on my cell phone a couple of days ago and it's been every other day twice a day they are calling.  They never leave a message and I tried to call the number from work....and they never say who they are and it always says all circuits are busy!!!  It's getting really really annoying!  I use my cell phone as my main phone and I get charged every time they call me.
How do I get them to stop calling if they never answer their phone?  I'm not able to block numbers on my cell phone.

They started calling me almost a week ago....and they keep calling me at least once a day or twice every other day.  They never leave a message and when I try to call from a landline, the message always says all circuits are busy.  You never hear the name of the company or what they are selling??  They are calling my cell phone which is my mainline and I can't afford to have them keep calling me as I get charged.

They call two or three times a day - day and night - twice today so far, twice yesterday, the latest last night was 8:47 pm today - 12:00 and 12:49 pm - only 49 minutes apart.

Have been receiving calls from this number for the past 2 weeks. keeps saying Thank-you for calling bio-link or file-link (hard to hear on my cell phone)all customer representatives are busy, please leave your name and number and someone will get back to you.

Receiving multiple unwanted calls from this phone number. I answered and they said they were ACAI extreme.   He said his name was Mark Williams and I pressed and asked what is YOUR company name. He said Vilynx or Vilinix (not sure of the spelling). Since everyone there had a foreign accent, I asked what country are you calling from. He said Costa Rica. I asked where he got my phone number, and he said they are supplied by another firm, but would not give name. They are a foreign telemarketing house, most probably - but I would love to report their information source to the FCC. Please report these calls to the FCC and get on the Do NOT Call list. Hopefully that will help them stop. I told the man that these multiple calls are harrassment and they should not call again. We are both DNC and unlisted.
