Ms. Williams keeps calling my phone. How do I press charges for harassment?

Lady called. Refused to give me info on who she was or why she was calling. I told her to remove my number from her list. She said there’s no list. I said then call a different number because you have the wrong number. She said no I don’t maam and hung up on me.

I get phone call as early 7:30 in the morning , up to 9 at night.
try to make arrangements previously with them.   they said that they need payment up front.

Can't do that.  unless they want to cooperate, I will just ignore or block the number....
and send payments as I can.

Call from a number I dont know from a place I have never been, asked if I was someone (full name, but for privacy wont disclose). I told them it depends on who is calling, I wouldnt provide my private information to someone I dont have a clue who they are. They didnt give a name and mumbled through some business name I only caught half of, I told them I wasnt familiar with that company. They then again asked if I was said person and told them that i refused to confirm nor deny till i was properly told who they were and what the call was about. The lady got mad and said "well when an adult GROWS UP, and adult can call us back"; firstly you called me and not the other way around, I'm not disclosing private information to an unknown party. Secondly, if you are with a company act professional rather than like a kid yourself. Thirdly, insulting someone under the assumption they are someone is actually illegal, harassment for collection agencies is not allowed by law (looked up this page and found out through others who this number belongs to).

770-428-4600 calls twice a day every day. I don't answer calls I don't know. They never leave a message.

They are the most unprofessional rude harassing ass ppl uve ever heard of id reather die than deal with these people they called me as id i owed them personally and was adamant to saying i didn’t speak to them when i spoke with them literally 2 weeks before
