keep calling and leaving a voicemail indicating there is a case against me.  If I don't call back I will waive my right to council.  I called these morons back and pushed.  By their verbal command of the English language I would say high school at the most in terms of education.  At one point they claim they are the national fraud advisory group

I got a call Monday and it was a Thomas Gibson saying he was a fraud investigator and I had a loan that I paid a bad check to in 2013 and if I didn't pay it I would be arrested on 2 felony fraud accounts I have my information and paid 1876 I called my attorney he said get to your bank Now this is fraud. So I did and switched accounts and talked with Thomas today and told him this was fraud and he said he was going to have charges pressed and I said do what you need to do and went to sheriffs office and filed complaint and my attorney called state attorney general has anyone else had similar calls

There are SO MANY complaints under many different numbers.

Called from Nebraska exchange last month. Filed complaint with State's Atty and FTC. Now suddenly she's in Georgia. This company moved every month. Bullsh*t. And the above posts of being arrested... Not everyone is as dumb as you think or we think YOU are.

Calls from 678-608-2392 as well.  Same dumb B. I have her real name I'm trying to locate in my name complaints against her.  Someone found her on LinkedIn and posted on one of these boards.

Guess I'll be calling the Georgia states attorney and filling yet another complaint with them and FTC.

This chick and her fake a** private process server bore me.  I'm still waiting.  It's been four years.  Oh, I think you missed statute of limitations for my state a$%hat.

Her name is Rebecca Outlaw aka Martha Schaeffer aka Jennifer Page aka Rebecca Reynolds aka Melissa Stewart. I believe her real name is Rebecca Reynolds but they took the info post down. I guess SHE was being harassed.

I've filed complaints in my state as well as these two and now GA. The states Atty from NE actually called me back. I save every voicemail she leaves to my SD card and eventually and hopefully I'll get asked to submit them. Seems that's all we can do in addition to blocking numbers.

I am going through a similar situation right now speaking with a Thomas Gibson also and being threatened with being arrested too. Is this a scam?

Oh Yeah, these people have been calling me for over 9 mos. now, calls originate from Ohio, Georgia and Nebraska,  I have been keeping a list.  I now have over 35 numbers they call from.  The message and voice of the lady are always the same, never changes.  This is our last attempt,  taking you to court, blah blah blah.  It is ridiculous,  They are trying to scare some poor soul into sending them money , they are SCAMMERS from the get go.  DO NOT BELIEVE IT.........  It is a crock of crap for sure

She was referred to as litagator who demanded payment & hung up on me without giving me the info. Plus Jefferson said they were a government office because the first word in the name was national. Well Elizabeth Taylor starred in a movie many years ago called "National Velvet" & that was about a horse!

Tell them to take a long hike off a short pier, hang up and block the number. This is an extortion scam. There is nothing they can do to you.

AKA:  The “govern yourself accordingly”   Scam group.  Ignore these people and block their calls.

Usually starts off by saying there are 2 “complaints” against you.  Or that there are “warrants” against you or that you are going to be arrested. Gives you a spiel meant to frighten you into paying them something and then sometimes ends with the stupid phrase “govern yourself accordingly.”   Sometimes includes threats of arrest. Sometimes they use the phrase  “handle yourself accordingly.”
