Yes, I received a call and they wanted me to donate $25 dollars. It was something about ObamaCare.

I have received calls from this number many times. They are located in Tallapoosa, GA.

Why doesn't ATT offer a way to block callers!!!!!

Phone companies are "common carriers".

That means they must allow everybody to use their services, unless the company is notified by law enforcement that the user is committing crimes.

So, the phone company cannot universally block a number merely because YOU complain ... however, they might give you the ability to block those calls to YOUR phone.  Even better, you can protect yourself, by using a call blocking phone, app or other device.

Do not depend on others to enforce rules or policies YOU invent!  Protect yourself!

You can purchase a call blocking unit for  a reasonable one time cost that will give you everything and more than a greedy phone company can or will.  At&t had me as a customer for 40 years and now I wouldn't intentionally do business with them for anything.

I get calls every day from this number plus 25 or more a day from numbers that I do not know who they belong
to. I don't answer the phone anymore unless I recognize the phone number.  I have kept a list of all the numbers
that call me and I Google them  to see where they come from.  IT DOES NOT DO A BIT OF GOOD TO BE ON
A NO CALL LIST!!!!!!  You get no help from the phone company regarding the situation of getting all these unknown
calls!
