Technically, he's not lying when he says he's calling about a case involving fraud... It's just that he's the one committing the fraud.

(He's totally lying about taking the case to court if you don't call back, though.)

Another scum bag fake collection agency.  New ones seem to pop up every 30 seconds.  I have yet to answer or pay 1 penny to any of these.  But yet they call and call and call.  Wish the local and federal government would do more to help us victims facing this.  I have been dealing with this for 7 years now.

I just received a call from this number. The caller did not leave a company name, account number or who they specifically wanted to speak to. Sounded scripted. Stated that if the parties involved did not call back today then it would be reported to the D.A. office for prosecution.
I know this is a scam and I will not be calling.

This Robert Reed calls with the SAME fraud accusation from National Investigations (yeah, right!)... SCAM artist alert!!
