This number rang my phone at 12:15 am in the morning and the caller ID said FirstChoice.

Rang my phone at 2:07 a.m.  The caller ID said CHOICEPOINT.  There was no msg left on my answering machine.

Calls my phone constantly and it's a fax! Sounds like its trying to send me a fax when I pick up. It says ChoicePoint. I have no clue of what that is but I am sick and tired of these phone calls!

I've been receiving calls from Choicepoint at 3:30 am for months. I faxed them back directly and told them NEVER to contact me again. However, they simply keep changing their phone numbers and trying to fax my home number from a new number.

Just received call from them at 12:15 am.  No message left on my machine.  Caller ID said:  Georgia.  I guess, that's the state.

Rang my phone two times on a Sunday night...Once about 11 pm, the second call 12:15 am....both times sound of a beep like fax trying to come through.

calls frequently late in the night after midnight and i am sick of it!

Called 1-888-497-0011 and waited through the menu until I got a live person and told him to remove me from the fax machine's calling list.  He was very polite and got my name, number and the phone number that was calling me and assured me that he'd get a supervisor to take care of it.

Whether that will happen or not, I don't know, but it's a step in the right direction.

Call at 4:00am. I answered and it was a fax machine. Came up on caller ID as Choicepoint. Googled them and found it is a background checking company out of Atlanta. I called 1-888-497-0011 and spoke to a represenitive. Told her that if they do not take my number off there list, I will file a Class Action law suite against them. I have not received any more calls.

Choice point number 1-770-752-3160 started calling me too.
Strange. started getting "unknown" callers with the fax-beeping, and then they begam showing up as Choicepoint with the above number.  This occurred the day after I contacted a Chinese manufacturer inquiring about imported goods.  Has to be related.  Anyway, phone calls from USA after midnight are no good and should not be tolerated.
I'm also a subscriber to the national no-call registry(alot of good that does).
If anyone wants to inquire about suing these bozos, contact me at mike@nahorniak.com. I'll see a lawsuit holds any merit.

I get this 770-752-3160 # calling me at 3am! and other various times throughout the day...called back, and I get an automated attendant for "lexis nexis"...?/?? called to complain, will see what happens

I keep getting calls from this phone number. It makes no difference what time it is. They call during the day and even in the middle of the night. I received several calls during the day yesterday and 2 in the middle of the night. When I answer....it is nothing more than a beeping sound as if a fax should be coming through. If you think the calls come during the middle of the night simply due to a time difference, think again. When you receive a call at 3:00AM it isn't due to a time difference. Even the west coast would be midnight when the east coast is at 3:00AM. I have tried calling this number back, but so far I've just gotten a recording. This number belongs to a company called "Nexis Lexis". These calls have been going on now for months. It's getting really tiresome.

Well...I finally got through to this company. They are an information company. The gentleman I spoke with was very courteous. He assured me that he would take care of the calls I was receiving. Now...I guess I'll see just how good he is at taking care of my problem. Hopefully he'll be as good at that as he was at being courteous and helpful.
