my mother has been getting harassing phone calls from private callers and this guy calming she has won a prize. There is no prize this guy clams to be from publishers clearing house and its a total scam that said.

Also has been getting harassing calls from this number.  She has been told that she has one $40k then $2 million.  They continue to call beg her not to hang up and keep calling.  This is a scam!

I've also gotten calls asking for my mother by her first name only, and identifying themselves only as "publishers".  The ONLY people who ever has for my mother by first name are associated with scam artists in Kingston, Jamaica.  Bigtime scam, and they always ask for the bank account number "to deposit winnings".  We've closed five accounts because of these slime bags, once after having taken her money, and finally have taken over her accounts.  

Stay as far away from these crooks as you can get.
