I actually received a call yesterday from this company, it was from a Terry Michael, he spoke very professional and kept stating please reference CC as in Civil Case !!!  He said that they would not give me the courtesy of another call and proceed with the process.

But 5 minutes later another call and 5 minutes later he calls my mobile. What a joke.

I also forgot to mention that the number was also different it was from a 858-834-4016 number out of San Diego, same company though IFG

Same company calls me from (706) 955-0517.  Wants a money order to be mailed to 2045 Mt. Zion Rd. Suite #290, Morrow, GA 30260.  Says they will file lawsuit if I do not immediately pay.  They also use phone number (706) 395-2304 and fax number (877) 251-0077.
