Yeah these people call with bogus threats, its definitely a scam, i just tell them call my lawyer or just jump off a bridge.

Karen Rogers/Karen Rodgers using a different phone number now - 7709548767.  Caller Id shows 'Aribtration'.  Still a recorded message and they do not even say who the are asking for, and I am not answering unknown numbers.  Previous numbers: 404-410-1518, 404-418-7979, 305-750-1137, 343-729-0397, 954-358-4084, 404-996-1953, 678-508-6637, 678-466-6945.
Could also be Robert Marshall, Mr. Grant, Shelly McNeal, a private investigator.

There is good information posted on how to report these people as well, but they won't stop until THEY are stopped.

I just got a call from this lady and I returned the call this morning. She stated that she works for a company called Bob Holiday and Associates. I did a look up on Google and could not find the company. This was my second time recieving a call like this from this number. When I asked for what loan company she stated it to me and said that the company is willing to wipe the account away for $700 dollars. Then she stated they where going to file an I-9 to verfy my place of employment to have me detained.

They have been calling with these threatening messages and I called back and they are very rude so I called the BBA and they said it was a scam. I want them to stop and they are calling my job.

I keep getting these same calls. So far, it has been 3 different women, calling from several different phone numbers. They always say the same thing: Said she is a private investigator who has me listed as a central subject in an active fraud investigation. Needs to speak to me or my attorney to get my side of the story. Never identified what company. Says that if I do not call her back, I will be served and/or arrested at home or my place of business. Yeah, okay - these calls have been coming for months and still no one has showed. Also, if it was legitimate, they would not warn you that they were coming. The names and phone numbers of the three women are below; I am keeping a log and reporting them as new ones pop up. There were a couple of times that two of them called from the same number:

I am getting threatening calls from 1-770-954-8767.

Received call and pulled up number on Internet. Saw other post and relieved that I'm not alone.

I have received the same calls/messages from this number as well as 678-273-2578. Thanks for the posts...I had a feeling it was bogus...
