I just got one too.  Left voicemail.  Karen Rogers, Financial Crime Division.... need to speak with you about a lawsuit downloaded to county today......   Financial Crime Division of what?   Didnt leave my name on the voicemail and didnt leave a call back number.  Received same message from 678-466-6945 also.  Looks like several people received that message.  I am adding this to my ball blocker.  I have enough on my financial plate without scammers!

Financial Received three calls from Karen Rogers saying she was from the Financial Crime Division and a lawsuit was being downloaded in my county and I needed to return their phone call immediately. She didn't say to whom the call was for. I called the number back and I got the voicemail and mailbox was full so I couldn't leave msg.

I received a voicemail from a Shelley McNeil and Karen Rogers saying they were from the financial Crime Division and that a lawsuit was being downloaded to my county today, unless I get back to them. Same message has come across for the last week by Karen Rogers, now today it is Shelly McNeil. First time I called back and got a voicemail system and it was full. This is a Scam!!!!!!! The two numbers that come thru are 1-678-466-6945 and now 1-678-508-6637.

I r3ceived a voicemail from a Shelly McNeil claiming to be a private investigator about a supposed fraud charge. They never leave a return phone number to call. These people need to be stopped! Why isn't the government doing something about it?

Please join us on the next bus to Asia, because that's where your calls are coming from. You are being called by foreign, 3rd world criminals with a computer, internet service, voip & a few dollars in software to fake the caller ID. Please make a list of which countries you'd like the USA to invade next.

Yes...I got the same numbers...678-466-6945 and also 678-508-6637...with the same messages... Financial Crime Division.... need to speak with you about a lawsuit downloaded to county today...... They did not leave my name on wither message. If it were REAL, my mane would have been included on the message. Agree...I too have enough on my plate with out getting scammer phone calls. Go to the "National Do Not Call registry" 1888-382-1222 and/or www.donotcall.gov.

This financial crimes nonsense also appears on 404-418-7979.  Same Karen Rogers.  Apparently they disconnected the 678 area code numbers.

They call themselves the Financial Crimes Division and give you the impression they are some sort of vague law-enforcement agency which they are not.  Also any individual you talk to will  identify themselves as being in some vague way a member of law enforcement which they are not.   They try to imply that you are going to be arrested for some crime or another.  Which is total nonsense.  

Only police and public prosecutors can get involved in investigating a crime. Debt collectors have nothing to do with criminal investigation.    Being in debt in an ordinary civil case is not a crime. This Karen Rogers and the others associated with this scam are basically  impersonating a public safety officials and agencies.  And they are  using threat of criminal prosecution to collect on a civil debt.  This in itself is a serious crime.

Same call concerning supposed fraud wanting my side of story time sensitive using same name but never said my name

I had the same people call me saying they were a fraud company and the person said she was agent and her name was coco when I asked for her last name she said coco mam and I asked her for her ID number she said 319 then I asked her for extension she said 319 how could ID number and extension be the same I knew something was fishy then. Then she said You will be getting a 48 hour notice, this was on wed today is Monday  wow how these people work they are very smart.  That I was going to have a Marshall come  to my door and arrest me. I was like are u kidding me tried calling them back but they do not answer.

Same exact messege as everyone else. Karen Rogers from Financial Crimes Division. She's called 3 times since yesterday. You can tell it's a recording and she didn't say who she was leaving the messege for.  A lawsuit downloaded to my county? Clearly a scam! I blocked the number but I'm sure they'll have a new number soon.

Received a call from a Shelly McNeal stating that there was fraud attached to my social security number.  Needed to call back immediately but they do not leave a call back number and since I've blocked the number I can't tell where this person is calling from, but clearly it is a scam!

i have been receiving multiple calls from a karen rogers and a lady by the last name mcneil..now they are calling my work and i asked them to stop calling and they told me no they dont care if i work for the president they will continue to call. i M GOING TO THE POLICE STATION IF IT CONTINUES IVE HAD EBOUGH THEY ARE CALLING ME AT WORK AND HARASSING ME

Consider showing this thread to your employer.  It appears someone is trying to extort money from you.  Phone calls mean nothing.  Written proof of debt MAILED (post office) or by legal server is required.  Read CWG40's information a few messages above yours.

Got the same  scam msg today from Shelly Mcneal 770-954-8767  must be nice to be a looser and have so much time on her hands or however many idiots working along side of her or it could be a he. Not only are they scammers,they are not honest who they are. But that's what a bunch of lazy loosers do. They hope someone will fall for the scam.

Karen Rogers/Karen Rodgers using a different phone number now - 7709548767.  Caller Id shows 'Aribtration'.  Still a recorded message and they do not even say who the are asking for, and I am not answering unknown numbers.  Previous numbers: 404-410-1518, 404-418-7979, 305-750-1137, 343-729-0397, 954-358-4084, 404-996-1953, 678-508-6637, 678-466-6945.
Could also be Robert Marshall, Mr. Grant, Shelly McNeal, a private investigator.

I have been getting the same phone calls and Karen Rogers is the new name for the person calling me.  Before it was male, sounded like he was from India, leaving me the same message that she is calling from Financial Crimes Division and a suit was being downloaded in my county today.  I am glad I found this website and was able to place this name. I have been worried because I didn't know where this was coming from.  I too called back and the phone number has been disconnected and the other number sounds busy and the call does not go through.
