"Dennis Mitchell from division of pre trial processing...scheduled to be processed today in Butler County Ohio...urgent legal matter; 2 separate charges filed, if I don't a uniformed officer will be scheduled to serve meat my place of business or my home. I returned his call, gave him the first name, it wasn't me but he proceeded to give me her last 4 of her social, her birthdate and her name, I'm sure if this was legitimate they wouldn't just give out her info.

I have also got multiple calls from Dennis Mitchel. I told him to stop!  I still getting calls about once a month.

Got a call from Dennis Michell about a payday loan I got in 2012. I never got a payday loan ever. When I told him he then said that at my age maybe I forgot! He told me to stop being a deadbeat and pay my bills. I hung up on him. I called my friend who is an attorney and told me to report them to the Federal Trade Commission. I did and was told by the FTC that they are scammers that prey on seniors and report any of these calls to them.

You should also report them to your State Attorney General's office.
