I live with my parents and this number has been calling their home number all day.  My dad answered the phone and the guy gave my dad information about me, a big no no.  This actually started on August 8, when this company "Morgan and Associates" called me from 954-727-8481.  They said that I owed like $800 to Sonic Cash and that in order for them to stop the download of my case, I needed to fax a written letter to them.  I looked up the number on the site and found it was a scam so I didn't fax them nothing.  Now, on August 25 they called my parent's house and dad get's information about me from them.  They say that I owe Quick Payday.  It's not even the same place.  Then my mom calls them and she lays into them and she asked "why did you call my home?" and they said "she shouldn't ask questions" and hung up.  So mom called back and kepy asking and they said that she was a totally different person from a different state and starting to spout out someone's social secutity number.  These people are crocks and I guess they thought that if they changed numbers they could get away with it.

772-228-4016 has called my cell phone 4 times a day for the past week.  Never leave avoicemail, when I called back they say it's something law firm, the guy doesn't even speak English clear enough for me to understand.  The guy was so rude asking why I called them and what I wanted.  I just want them to quit calling my phone all day.  Please help.

I recieve phone call from these people claiming I took a payday loan with usa for 25000,00 then they said it was 500.00 and then 1770.00 I then call them back who could found paperwork,and could not mail me any paperwork,but for me to wait until they download my file,so  I ask if they could mail this inf,and they could not I see on the internet that these foriegn people are trying to run a scan NEED A SOULTION BEFOR I LOSE MY RELGION BEHIN THIS SCAM

I finally stopped and blocked the other scam from calling me from Morgan and Associates and this number shows up today with the same scam.  I have made complaints in to the Arkansas Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission, but I guess they are too busy for scams like this.

they are some pesky little boogers aren't they?????   I just hung on them 4X....they are calling me here at work and it doesn't help that they are asking for me with my maiden name which I haven't used in like 3 years!  Then because I didn't confirm the info, they say something like "can I have their home phone number??" LOL

Just a hint, if they are calling with a foreign accent and an american name talking about a law firm.....OBVIOUSLY it is a scam.

Maybe they'll get hit by the hurricane and they will stop calling people.  Always stand your ground, don't be harrassed.
