Yet another fraudulent company claming that a legal action has been filed against your name and social security number.  When you call them back and let them know you are on to them, they tell you that you will be dwad within 7-10 working days and that your whole family will be killed.

This ist the number left for you to call.  The number left on the claler ID is 90010278 something; I deleted the phone number.

I have turned over the voice mail to law enforcement.

They called claiming that I took a payday loan and never paid it back.  When I called them back and told them that I had proof that no such loan existed, my full bank records for the fiscal year, they became confrontational and hung up on me.  When I called back and demanded they fax me the proof they claim they have, they once again became hostile and hung up on me.

This number keeps calling me saying they are from the US Legal Investigation Dept and I have a loan I didn't pay. This is on my voicemail, but when I call them back they won't give the name of thier company they just say their name. They've even called my job. I've asked them to fax or mail me the contract they say i signed. They say they cant do that until it goes to court. "yeah right"

This number called me stating I owed money on a payday loan. I have not taken out a payday loan that I have not paid back! They were rude and told me that they are sending me legal documents to my employer and make sure that I loose my job. I don't know what to do! They have my last four of my SS #

Heather...don't worry dear its a scam there trying to get your info,, bank account number then they will rob you...most of these people are calling from India..just don't answer the phone when they call it usually says in your id..unknown name or unknown phone number

772-228-4190  This number just called my job stating  that they were from the USA Legal Services and i owed them 4,600 and they would call my employer and that an officer would be at my job to pick me up  .I am scared to death what should I do?I have never taking out a payday loan with them ...

I too received a call from "Officer Harris" at this number telling me that a law suit was being filed against me for a cash advance that I did not pay back.  I was dumb enough to give them my bank information because I was scared of being arrested.  I am now contacting my bank to dispute this.

I just received a call from that number too and it came up Sebastian, Florida with it. When I called it back there is a message that said hi this is jennifer from reward redemptions you recently visited a site in which you won a 100 dollar gift card press 1 to receive it or 2 to be placed on our do not call list. I hit the 2 and then hung up.

They called me offering to win a free cruise to the Bahamas and I would have to pay the travel over open water taxes today to get the free trip
