they call at all hours and offer business grants and say they need my bank account information. please stop them this must  be illegal.

This number calls me at least 5 to 10 times a day. When I answer or call back no one is there!!!

Calls constantly every half hour.

Got around 10 unsolicited calls from this number today. I finally picked up on the 9th, call. No one responded. Therefore, I called them back. Initially I got a recorded message stating; that they were some sort of "grant" organization. I remained on the line until a female with an accent came on the line. She immediately went into a dialogue about financial aid and grants. I interupted her, asked her for her name and ID #, to which she responded "Samantha Lopez; ID # 060888". I informed her that I am not interested in anything her company had to offer, and that the phone calls MUST STOP Immediately.I told her that as an Assistant District Attorney, I can make her's, and the life of her employer very unpleasant; at which she responded; "OK, you will not get any more calls.

Well, not even five minutes went by before the phone rang again. When I answered, I got no response. Therefore, I called them back. This time a woman speaking with an accent came on the line. I demanded to know her name, to which she responded; A'la Kintala. I told her to put Samantha Lopez on the line, and she did. Well, it seems that Mrs. Lopez has a very short memory, for, when I identified myself, she proceeded to tell me that I "have to be patient, it can take up to 24 hours to get a response on your application." Well, the momory came rushing back once I informed her that I will be initiating legal preceedings against her and her employer in the morning. Seems no one told Mrs. Lopez that her actions constitute harrasment; making excessive, unsolicited phone calls to my home after 10PM, despite my complaint and clear instructions for them to cease such calls.

Well, it's been 45 minutes, and the phone has not rang. That changes nothing; I'll be filing the complaint in the morning.

I think we should all file lawsuits im in ca and i found out i can take them to court sue them for 500 dollars and if you can prove they knowingly keep calling u can triple the money i found out from the fcc that u can do this by calling filing a complaint with attorney generals office i am also printing up comments from other sites as well as this one because some revieved death threats from this company. I got a call

They called me left voicemail  "goodbye", then another one with a beep with awful background noise, then finally i picked up the phone  a man with accent called my name, said Hi Ani how are u? We are offering free grant for your American fund, I asked him where he was calling from, he hung, I wonder how they did get our phone numbers, info, names

We keep getting a call from this number. Who is it and what do they want.

Called me 4 times just today, and calls me all hours of the night.. just recent call  920PM

These people have called me 8 times in 6 hours!!! I told them 3 times to stop calling that I know they are bogus!!! I swear I cannot see a minute of peace... these people are nuts, they hang up when i say quit calling. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is calling my cell phone, phone solicitation, harassment. The company is called American Funding. Everyone needs to get a fog horn and start blowing out all these phone solicitors calling our cell phones and using up our hard-earned minutes. I will be calling Morgan and Morgan to see if we can sue these callers calling our cell phone that our cell phone companies are starting to give to 3rd parties to scam our minutes. I received this on my e-mail. We cell phone holders need to find a way to stop these solicitors from using our cell phone minutes for our cell phone carriers' profits.

How they got my number? I got 20 calls in last 3 days and it drives me crazy because they just call you anytime. Is there any ways we can sue this company?

I don't know who this caller is, but they called me at 9:30pm MDT. They need to stop.

The line was quite for a few seconds, then a women started talking to me but it was hard to hear her because there was some static and it kept going in and out. I have no clue who the hell she was, but I luckily have a reject list on my phone so she can't call me again.

They called and I answered but no one said anything.  I called back and got connected to someone with an accent.  She answered with a Hello? like she was confused.  They were reading from a script saying I will be awarded financial support.  I said I wasn't interested and she said, "but why, don't you need some support?"  I said no, and she said "ok, thanks have a nice day".
