They sounded foreign and said I could get a loan for $10000.  They asked me to get a Walmart gift card for $350 and call them back then they would deposit the money in my account.

No such thing transpired, and if it did, you were robbed. You received a whole lot of nothing and are a shill. Who was the loan with, and since when does a Walmart card work paying an honest loan back?

Called 4 times in 2 hours. They have a name of my family member, not mine.  Calling about a loan that would have never been applied for. My family member married a pretty good investor. Total scam.

Its sad how bold & cold they are smh. Im a single father of 4. And they made it sound so real, I could used the help, they got me for $200, but thats not the problem, after they said my money on (GIFTCARD) would not be touched, called and tried to get $300 more dollars for almost 4 hours. Scam dont do it!!!! What loaner offer if you do this then they will just give you an additional $1000

Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:  (Pay  attention to item #4!)

Loans
1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either
a.  threatening you or
b.  offering you something,
you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes  members of the immigrant community.   Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.

+1 (773) 341-9011 is a loan scammer. They want you to get a wal-mart card with between $200 to $300 on it, then call them back with the card number and PIN number. They say they will then loan you $2000, paid directly into your bank. They often have your bank account number & routing number somehow (it's not hard for a computer hacker to get that info) and tell you to check your account a couple hours after you're scammed out of $200 or $300. Just hang up and call the police. It's almost impossible for loçal cops to do something about it, though. This is called wire fraud and happens a lot more than people realize. If they have your bank info, hang up & call your bank immediately! Change your account number, password, security questions, etc! The FBI investigates wire fraud. You can call them oŕ go òn their website to report it.

NEVER GIVE AWAY MONEY OVER THE PHONE OR INTERNET EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY'RE FROM A COMPANY YOU MIGHT TRUST! HANG UP THE PHONE!

Call from this number today, which was ID'd as a telemarketer.   Call was blocked, because I have any and all calls from this area code blocked out.  If it was from these Indian scam call centers, then it's, uh, a scam attempt.
