Caller ID says Unavailable and left a message selling health Insurance. I blocked the number.

Scam. Called 10:40 AM Thursday 10/29/15. Highly broken up audio as if over extremely poor VOIP (internet voice) connection. Left msg on my answering machine. 773-572-9830. Caller ID indicated "Illinois Call".
Recorded voice promoting alcohol abuse intervention. Do not answer. Block this number.

Fortunately this caller was blocked by No Mo Robo.

Caller ID said Chicago, IL.  (773) is a Chicago area code.  They left no message.  10 minutes later another no-message call came from caller ID of Seneca, IL (815) 415-1251.  After my answering machine picked up, it sounded like a live person was on the line, but they didn't say anything.  These are the only two calls I've gotten today.  I suspect that the call from (773) 572-9830 was a robo-dialer that discovered my number was legitimate, but it didn't know an answering machine picked up.  So, then a real person called from the other caller ID. I'm pretty sure most of these calls I get are from the same scammers just spoofing numbers.

When I answered, there was no response.  I looked up the phone number on this sit and it confirmed that it was spam.  I have blocked this number.  Thank you.

Received a call from 773-572-9830 at 12:44 PM on 11/6/15; shown on CID as: "Chicago IL".  Call was picked up by answering machine, but no message was left.  Obviously it was a spoof/scam/sales call of some type, since legitimate callers leave messages and call back numbers.  GO AWAY, scammers... the public is on to you, and WON'T take the bait!!!

Was a recorded message saying it was a Fed. warning about Insurance. New changes in Obamacare, I hung up

CID as -UNAVAILABLE-. Had a long winded message that I hung up on. Chicago area scammer.

Too late......Took mine yesterday......And i do not answer the phone to other area codes......No, you are wasting your time, bud!!!!!!   Don't call back or same response....None!!!!!

Picked up the call from 773-572-9830 (unfortunately) because of friends with same area code. Caller I.D. showed "Illinois Call". It was a robocall stating that a deal on life insurance was available along with health insurance assistance due to Obamacare, drug plan etc. etc. ...hung up after about 15 seconds of uncorrelated blather.  Listing this one as robocall - telemarketer.   block

I did not answer phone.  No message left.
