Just keep blocking the numbers as they pop up. Don't answer the phone or talk to him.  Do file a harassment complaint with your phone company and also your local LE. They can either place a tracer on your line or maybe give you a new number.

Impersonating a officer be it federal or local LE is illegal also.

These dorks called my 5 times in one day, about every 15 to 30 minutes.
Selling some scam.

They call all THE TIME & NEVER LEAVE MESSAGES!!! I answered one day and the lady yelled at me for a "$5,000 Loan" that I was accused of never paying back. I told hera that I never had one for that much EVER and that I am mad they put that on my credit which is now lower because of this scam!!! She and that number are now officially blocked from calling me ever again!!!!
