Some loser contacted me to buy Edmonton Oiler tickets and scammed me. DO NOT send money to anyone with this number. What a crook.

I bought Oilers tickets from this number....I was nervous because it requires depositing money before seeing tickets, but I received them right away.  Are you sure you did it properly?  It was sort of a weird process.

I Googled the number for the same reason as you, I was skeptical.  I ended up getting them though, and the people I dealt with were great the whole time, I genuinely think there must have been a problem with your transaction, or something went missing or something.

There sure was a problem with your transaction - the fact that you had to pay an advance fee to some supposedly random, unknown entity.

Wish I'd googled this number sooner as I just gave $200 deposit for Justin Bieber tickets and am awaiting a supposed confirmation email with a code that will allow me to claim the tickets. Is this similar to what you did?

Hi! Could you tell me the email address you were communicating with this person from?? I'm supposed to be buying a pair of tickets from this number that told me to email someone for the tickets. The same situation - deposit the money, and wait for the confirmation email with a code allowing to claim the tickets!!
So thankful I just read this first.

same thing happened to me. sent money to rbc account for drake tickets, lost 500 bucks. disguised himself as a samantha. but the phone number is for a jordan. going to police today. thank god the bank has all his info i am FURIOUS. BUYER BEWARE.

He's still trying to do the scam. I almost sent him $200 for pearl jam tickets. I posted an ad looking for tickets. He texted me from 778-245-0467 saying to email his friend. Sam Clayborn or Samantha K Clayborn. He gave me the same  [***]. I said give me a call so we can discuss it. Left him my number. Never called. I kept saying to call me. He never called so I was getting suspicious. He wanted me to make a deposit to his rbc account. Don't do it folks!!

Literally just happened to me. Super frickin sneaky. So mad I didnt think to google the number first. Lesson learned I guess. Hope others will find this feed before they get tricked!
