- Enoughit is MJR debt scammers. Located in Toronto but use numbers from all over the country. BUT NEVER EVER deal with the people on the phone.. 1st problem is they ask you to confirm private info that a company would never have in the 1st place... in other words fishing to see if you are dumb enough to give it out.. 2nd is they ask for a different person all the time .. and 3rd and most important the debt is either several years old and no longer a factor or Paid off years back and (most likely) they refuse to update the files.. OR the debt is fake and they are on a fishing expedition.. They actually got my name right and were trying to collect on a Canadian debt from a company Ive never heard of and from a time I was living on the other side of the planet. Word of advice is if you actually have a debt deal ONLY with the company that is owed and NEVER these borderline criminals.

- RickThese people - MJR - have been calling almost daily for months and months, using a name of someone we knew eons ago. They use different numbers all the time so it's best not to answer and if you are unsure of the number (in case it IS someone you know), check it on Google. And use your call blocker if you have it on your phone.

- RoryThis morning I have received calls from this number, (778) 557-8772 - Victoria, BC and from (778) 358-6473 - Westminster, BC at 8:26am and at 8:50am local time which would by 6:26am and 6:50am in British Columbia. These numbers are VOIP or are numbers that are using a call blocking / number scrambling software so people can not call back or report them to the police or to CRA. They may indentify themselves as “Officer Robert” or “Officer Robert William” and will likely threaten you with home repossession or destruction of credit etc.
It is extremely important to know that this is 100% a scam and these pieces of human feces are trying to steal personal information and / or get you to give them money that you DO NOT OWE to them.
My advice is to not answer these calls. Block them if you can and definitely report them to the police and to Canada Revenue Agency because they’re using the threat that CRA will repossess your home, vehicle or personal belongings. CRA will never threaten you with such things. Ever. This is 100% a scam. Your number was likely stolen from a Rogers / Telus / Bell data base, just as mine was. Each one of these phone companies have had their systems compromised over the last 3 years by hackers. BLOCK and REPORT these pieces of fecal matter so more people are in the know about what they’re doing to good, honest people.- Caller: MJR Collections

- AnnaSomeone called saying they were Bank of Montreal, my bank. I was already expecting a call from BMO so I didn’t think anything of it until he wanted the last 8 digits of my credit card. He said someone was using it out of province and the only way to stop it was to freeze it. He needed the final numbers on my bank card. I said no, I’m not supposed to give you that info. He said he understood my concerns but this is legit the only way I wouldn’t be responsible for the new charges on my bank card. I told him if he was really the bank he would know my card number already. This guy was very persistent and almost convincing. Finally I asked his name and told him I wanted to verify his employment with the bank. He gave me a name but then guess what, he hung up.
I’ve blocked the number now. He had my name and address as well. Very scary.- Caller: “BMO”
