- Can and stringA Surrey located survey call center that seems to be associated with Adrenis Marketing of Edmonton. They also use TellCityHall.ca and 888-883-7094. When SKYPED SKYPE uses 386-778-612-1000. '386' is a Florida code, don't know connection or why SKYPE adds 386 but it seems a convoluted trail best avoided.

Called back 1-800-220-0104 can't be reached; 778-612-1000 hanging up - BPDidn't answer as the phone said it was potential fraud. From this I am glad I didn't answer.
