- AnonymousReceived the call on August 12th, 2024. They do knew my name and represented themselves as Telus Loyality Program team. Asked for my information like email address, postal code etc. to confirm . I did provided my personal information to confirm but for some reason I did felt bit suspicious about the call. So I decided to ask them "if you are calling from Telus you should be having all this information" but they did mentioned that they do not have full information as personal information is available only at the accounting department and they do not contain all the information. Right there I realized it is a scam call as "why would they ask for personal information to confirm when they do not even have any information" so I did hung up. Please be cautious of the scam calls.

- Island GirlFunny how other comments say it’s Telus phoning but a quick Google search says it’s a Roger’s based cell phone. Hmmm. Why would Telus use Roger’s. Total scam.

- YYCsamSame. Claimed to be Telus offering me a loyalty discount on my Telus cell bill. But then asked me what my cell number was and I told them they should know that. Bla bla bla. I hung up before they could ask for my bank information for billing purposes. More amazing was that they called back two more times after I hung up. The number is blocked now.

- SeanSame call. Told him I didn't believe he was Telus, started asking him questions and he hung up on me. I do that with all scam callers. Actually had a call from Telus, showing Telus on my phone, asked him questions to verify who he was and he totally understood and responded with answers to my questions, like address and amount of my last statement and more. They know there are lots of scammers, so be aware

- BC ResidentJust called me a few minutes ago. Same details as other reports -- claiming to be TELUS. From my telephone-number, a Google-search shows my Postal Code, and full name. He could not tell me my (non-existent) Telus Account Number.
