780) 966-0013 this number has been calling me everyday multiple times in a day I don't answer it goes in my vm bUT never leave a message. I wish I have something I could do to block them for going straight to my vm

It's Capital One Credit card collections.

I ignore several calls a day from this number and finally picked it up. She claims to be from Capital One but wouldn't say what it's about without verification of my identity. Sounds fishy to me!

This does not explain how you know this?

Call the number on the back of your card, if they say everything is ok, then this indeed is a phishing call.

Sounds like a scam to get credit card info.

This caller is calling several times a day.I do not answer it. Today they called 8 times . No messages were left.

Capital one is an 1-800 number. This is not. Definitely a fraudulent caller . Do not give any personal information to these people.

constantly calling me! no one answers except once when after a long silence and me yelling a woman asked for "Elizabeth" which is not my name.  This is getting REALLY FREAKING ANNOYING

This is definitely Capital One. I called because they kept calling me and it was because the bank deleted my payment and my account was past due.

i dont have capital one card. keep calling 4 or 5 times a day.

This # called me 2x so far today and multiple x yesterday, and thus past week. I nvr answered til just now, I could hear background noise on line but they do not say anything. What's the point they call n don't say nothing?? How do they gain anything from this?  I'll block the # 7809660013 and stick to not answering unknown #s. Confused!!
