780) 966-0013 this number has been calling me everyday multiple times in a day I don't answer it goes in my vm bUT never leave a message. I wish I have something I could do to block them for going straight to my vm

It's Capital One Credit card collections.

I ignore several calls a day from this number and finally picked it up. She claims to be from Capital One but wouldn't say what it's about without verification of my identity. Sounds fishy to me!

This does not explain how you know this?

Call the number on the back of your card, if they say everything is ok, then this indeed is a phishing call.

Sounds like a scam to get credit card info.

CALLS MANY TIMES BUT NO MSG

This caller is calling several times a day.I do not answer it. Today they called 8 times . No messages were left.

Capital one is an 1-800 number. This is not. Definitely a fraudulent caller . Do not give any personal information to these people.

This is definitely Capital One. I called because they kept calling me and it was because the bank deleted my payment and my account was past due.

Well if that is true then I can see no reason for you to be here since any normal person would not take the time to look up a phone number when they knew who called and why.  Unless of course you wanted to brag to the world about how you are a deadbeat and don't pay your bills?
