recieved call from this # , 2 hrs. earlier recieved call from 210 area code , neither #s left message.  persons in 210 are reporting scam artists using these #s.  Same day same time recieved call from 1-866-441-5558 , internet reports it as scam #.

Just wait....they are opening up the posibility for these folks to call ALL the time

Received a call from this number answered no one there.  Two seconds later my cell phone rang again no answer

Got a phone call but they did not leave a message, I keep getting a phone call from them.

I got the same call from 781-404-4088 and left no message.  I know it's a scam and that's why I don't answer.

I got the first call yesterday , left no mess. Got one today whin i did ans it had a ringback and hungup !!!!

Answered the phone with "hello, this is Dave." Silence. I repeated my greeting. Caller hung up.

I've recieved numerous calls early in the morning from the number listed. I'll answer the phone, and every time a lady says "that's good" and hangs up. In the background you can clearly hear someone typing on the computer. Whether its a scam, or someone hacking into the phone line, I have no clue.

this is a collection agency.  not a scam, just people trying to collect money that you probably owe.

Nick first off, how do you know this information? And second why don't they answer when someone answers their call? Why the secrecy if it is a "Collection Agency" And last but not least "not a scam, just people trying to collect money that you probably owe" how would you know this? FYI not all collection agencies are honest and on the up and up. With the way the US Economy is right now it would not surprise me if these were "scam" Collection Agencies" probably trying to collect on monies owed past the SOL has already ran out.

I called back and message said Boudreau & Associates, part of what they do is collect debts.

Collection agency.  I did owe a debt and have owed it for over a two years since I lost my very well paying job (I've since lost everything including my house).  I tried to work with them (or some other agency working on same debt) well over one year go.  They weren't happy with what my unemployed self could do.  The woman just now was EXTREMELY rude.  Made fun of me.  Insulted me.  I finally hung up on her.

Called left no message.  Have gotten a letter from them on a very old Citibank - Home Depot account.  Only three months until this debt goes past the Statute of Limitations (4yrs in Texas) and is uncollectable by law.

LOL! When she says, "that's good," does she say it in a sexy or sensuous voice? Because if she does, then you should immediately reply "I've got even better, baby!" LOL... ROFLMAO!

This is what you do = particularly if, as in my case the statute of limitations is over.  WRITE A LETTER ...cease and desist ~ stop calling contacting you in any way.  My letter stated that should they contact me again, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) each call is a violation subject to my obtaining $1,000 per violation, which I will not hesitate to pursue..and by the way the 9 year old debt - $400 my ex husband owes.

They called me today.  Left no msg.  If they are wanting money, get a sandwhich and stand in line.  My ex-and his new girlfriend took it ALL.

Continues to call and leave no message.  Tick tick tick, only 2 months until the statute of limitations make this uncollectable.........

The problem with a cease and desist is they just transfer it to another law firm and you have to go through it all over again.
