    ENOUGH!
    Crappy Topeka, Kansas lawyer Kent Hollins does business as Collection Bureau of Kansas. They continue to harass my phone even after being told over a dozen times that the person they are looking for does not have my number any more - I got it over eight months ago. They also call from 785-228-6669. The jerks now leave voice mails a lot because after I tried to block their numbers they go straight to my voice mail now instead of being sent to a dark hole.
    Does anyone know an effective and FREE way to totally block someone from calling a limited-minutes cell number?
