he claimed i was going to court for over fourth thousand of charges if i pay 1900 today he wont press charges help is this real

IRS phone scammers.

Claims to be IRS.(So have you ever called back a government agency and have a real person answer right away?!  No!  You have to go through about 10 of "press1 for. . ." and then put on hold).  I filed a complaint with my state Attorney General.

Returned a message to 786- 209-0729 a man with thick accent answered phone immediately. He said he was with IRS and a lawsuit for tax evasion was being filed against me. He also asked me if I had an Attorney? When I told him I was not giving any information to a stranger I asked what year they claimed this happened? He immediately hung up.  Don't give any information to this caller.

Stop calling!!

Claimed I was going to to jail for 90 days , do not give these people your information

Said IRS was gonna sue me. How about its notify me not some scammer. Fraud!!!

I got a message from this number saying the IRS was going to sue me.  I called them back and told them the IRS, under no circumstances (unless your dealing with a specific person) will make a call like that.  So I called back several times just to be an annoyance to them.  Its a scam

Contacted one of my employees this morning.  Thank goodness she came to me first.  She was told that she owed the IRS and was threatened with arrest.  They demanded that she pay a down payment with a pre-paid credit card.  I took her cell phone and demanded that they identify themselves...imagine, they hung up the call.  IRS Scam artists...they have a special place in hell for them!

This is a scam. Do not give out personal info.

Total scam.  Couldn't answer simple questions about why I would owe if I have a guarantee that made this a moot point through my company.  He can't handle someone who is combative and angry. He gets angry back and hangs up.

Got a call from this Scam artist. almost agreed to pay...he insisted not to tell anyone...please do not fall for this scam. I called the IRS and told them what happened. They do not arrest people just like that....

This is more then a scam. Don't answer him.

i received a phone call from this # in a recording  said the irs was going to sue me. When I called  the phone didn't even ring. I googled the real irs # and called the irs and they said they are scammers. Irs does not send phone calls they  send an official letter by mail to inform you of lawsuit. Also to record any information they have name and badge number ECT. And to report the number and recordings to 1-800-366-4484. Do not call for this scam!!!
