They were talking in a language I did not understand

This number calls my cell phone every single day and hangs up.I have called the number back and get a prerecorded message in spanish, which I do not speak. I can not ever get a person.  This has been going on every day for months, and don't know how to stop it.

I get a call from this number almost DAILY! Sometimes multiple times a day. I have never answered it but they have been calling relentlessly for at least 6 months. They called yesterday, they called today.. They will call tomorrow. Wtf?

2/19/2016  3:50pm Just got another call from this number. Again they hung up before it went to voicemail. I got a call back on January 8, 2016. At that time I "blocked" the number. Yesterday I got a new phone and now all these blocked numbers are unblocked.

they call me 4 times a day even though I have already requested to be deleted from the list.  Then if you try to talk to a live person with your complaint, they hang you up  as soon as you say that you want to be taken out of the list.

They are acting like scamers
