Received a call from this number this morning.  The call was a recorded message with a woman from the Middle East saying that I needed to  hire an attorney saying they were filing charges against me.  No name was given as to who they were suppose to be with.

Recorded message of a female caller with a foreign accent identifying herself as Christina Brown with the Department of Legal Affairs claiming that an enforcement action pack was started against my name and I need to hire an attorney on my behalf. Same as above....recorded message about legal claim against me. That's a bit funny....I am a local magistrate for the area. Scam,contact Federal Trade Commission report number and time of call. As a back up make sure to register up to 3 numbers at,donotcall.gov

I got the same call at 9:51am today - same claim of charges against me in a female voice with an East Indian/Middle Eastern accent. A lot of the message I couldn't understand - no trouble with the accent but the message was garbled, like an old cassette tape.

Lady with foreign accent called for us to call her back, some kind of action taken against us and we need a lawyer. Yeah right lady. Am not calling her back.
Received the call at 11:50 am today 3/9/16.

I received the same call from Christine Brown this morning at 11:42 claiming that action is being taken against my name.  They claim to be from the U.S. Department of Treasury.  I called the number back and a man answered the phone.  He asked for my name and I would not give it to him.  He became angry, started yelling, and hung up on me.

I received the same call from a woman, with heavy eastern accent, claiming an action was being taken against my name and that I needed to call back the number, she repeated it 2x's and then stated that I should hire an attorney to help me and if I wanted to keep my name clear I better call back.

I too have received this call from 786-288-7744.  They did not mention a name that they were looking for and again with the legal crap that states that if I am too busy to call to retain a Lawyer to call on me\y behalf//ya right..

Got the same call, identified herself as Christina Brown, same stuff as everyone experienced but my phone ID showed the name of Dale, Smith as the originator of the call.  The fact that it's a very vague message alone is a sign that this is a hoax or scam.

Got a message sayin i need to call same lady saying this was department of treasury leagal you mite need to get a retainer on hand for legal action..
So i callef back a guy answered i said who is this he said whats your name ..wasnt giving to him i said hmm funny i got a call bought my taxes...i havent even filed them he hung up..he said ok click.

I got the same message from a lady said that I need to hire an attorney and  legal matter against me and I need to call that number back this is the name that shows up on my caller ID

Male Voice left following message on my cell phone, " For a federal criminal offence, this is the final attempt to reach you, to resolve this issue immediately, call a federal agent at 786-288-0108. I repeat call 786-288-0108.  Thank You."
Male voice sounded almost like it was computer generated.  I called back and got a recording to leave a message, the when the tone sounded, stated that  Mail Box was full try again at a later time.
