Robo call for home security!

this is the 2nd time I received a call from 786-345-1586 even after i have opted to be off their list.

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago. They did not leave a message. I do not know anyone in this area so did not return the call.

Received recorded message on my Magic Jack number which I've had for about 1 1/2 years, for a free home security system.  Press 1 to continue and 9 to go on Do Not Call List.  I pressed 1 and told man with accent that I was already on the federal do not call list and that the U.S. government does not permit such calls to people on the list.  He said something backward that he didn't get the call until I got the call aka robocalling.  He was actually pleasant not like some call center people who are very harassing when you tell them to take them to take you off the list and use words like FCC.

Received call 10 minutes ago.
Didn't answer.

Called my work cell phone about 4:12 PM today (Friday afternoon).  Did not leave a message.  When I called back I got the fast beeping tone (not "busy", but more like 'line out of service, etc.).  Normally I would not bother, but the A/C was only 1 digit higher than a company I've been working with recently, so I thought it might be related.  Well, NOT !  Thamks to all the others who have identified this as the pervasive home security telemarketing pests.  

This number is being called repeatedly only cell and when I get ready to pick up no one is on the line.
 This is annoying.  The  calls are becoming mor frequent and I just now got one and it's 2:30 AM! Enough!

This number called my cell phone. No message or voicemail was left. I know it is probably a telemarketer call.
