This is a bogus call made by unscrupulous characters using VoIP and any company name that they choose.  What they need is for you to answer, confirm that you are indeed you, pretend  that they are from a business (my caller id says b of america), then steal your identity and/or credit card.   It's happened to me before, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did.  I only wish the FCC or someone would find a way to stop these crooks.
