    The number comes in several times a day and caller I.D. says "Cancer Fund". It will only ring a MAXIMUM of 3 times. I do not answer and no message is left.  According to what I am reading, they are actually an ILLEGITIMATE collection agency! CAN'T THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE BE STOPPED???
