Thaks they are the WORST...

I have tried to get a loan on-line a while ago. They wanted me to prove that I couldafford this loan. My account was over-drawn. That was why I needed the loan. They said that  they were unable to give me a loan. But, now they say that I can get $5000.00. I told them that I am know longer interested in a loan. They continue to call. Sometimes I don't answer the phone. Today I answered. When I told them (again) that I was know longer interested, they said that $99.00 was  going to be charged to my bank account because I didn't want the loan now. I told them that if they try to take money from my account that I would sue them. Let's see if they call again. My bank was told not to authorize this payment.

Left a message saying I was approved for a loan for 5000 never called back next day called my phone about 15 times after I told them I wasn't interested then called back claiming to be someone named Andy saying we dated in high school then I handed phone to my husband he proceeded to tell him he had naked pics of me and him having sex in his bed still calling nonstop I want it to stop....

I had looked online researching payday loans...I decided against taking one, but now I am bombarded daily with phone calls from various numbers.  This number specifically is troubling because when I informed them that I am no longer interested in a loan and the response was "okay b*tch" and I was hung up on.  The number has called multiple times since and yesterday I decided to call them back and asked to no longer be contacted.  The response was "okay b*tch, mother f**king [***]" and again I was hung up on.  I was civil/polite both times I spoke with these people, so name calling was not warranted. What do you know, I missed another call from them today.  Due to the heavy accent, I'm afraid I didn't catch what company he was actually calling from...outside of the cuss words, very hard to understand.

I have been getting a call from this number for 3 days now.

calls all the time but does not leave a message ! I do not answer and will also be blocking this # as well as calling attorney generals office! They need to be stopped

Same thing here............called my cell phone..........did not leave a message.  BLOCKED your sorry @ss.   Get a life.......get a real job rather than being a scammer.   NEVER EVER give a Green Dot card number or transfer $$ to a company/person that you have no idea who you are dealing with.   Especially if they are calling you without contacting them first.   Common sense,   Many times if you are researching loans (installment, payday, etc.) online, you will end up being bombarded by these idiots hoping you are desperate enough to follow through with them.  Yes, desperation can lead to mistakes, etc.     There are too many legitimate payday loan companies, etc. online that can be trusted if you must go that route.

This is the same number that has been calling me. They told of a loan, then they said I was approve for 2,000. Allen White the representer then stated  I should buy a green dot from Walgreens and send it back to them. No one does loans like they. I had to really think. Due to Christmas for the grandkids they almost got me. Scam indeed. Now I need to block number, they call me every 30 minutes.

Got that same call. Told me the same thing. Now they want stop calling. Have to block number. We just have to be aware of all the scam.

Be careful these are professional con artists. You can't get your money back once it is placed on a green dot card. I was told I could get my money back and then the story changed.

This number calls everyday more than once ! So annoying ! And leave voice mails without saying anything!

They called me today & offered a loan. I've been applying for loans for 2 weeks & I've never gotten one before so when they called I thought it was weird they told me to verify that I could pay the loan back to bring the money to MoneyGram and then I would get the loan after. I haven't done it, & now I won't. But they had all my info?? SSN, address, email... Can they do anything with my info I'm worried now

I also gave them my bank account info!! How can fix this?? What should I do?

They are going by CASHNETUSA now and using Robert Smith  as the loan processors name. Askinf dor money up front to issue a loan.

I just filed a complaint against them, through my State General Attorney.
